Abstract

新北市國民中小學家長對學習共同體政策認知、政策滿意度 與參與意願之研究 摘要 本研究係以新北市實施學習共同體班級之學生家長為對象,進行探討家長對學習共同體政策認知、政策滿意度與參與意願之關係。以研究者自編之問卷調查、針對新北市102學年度國民中小學參與學習共同體先導學校計劃之學校為範圍,立意抽取國小3校165名,國中4校165名共計330名進行問試。共計330份、有效回收295份。經統計分析獲得結論如下:(量表分數從非常滿意到非常不滿意依序為1~5分) 1.學習共同體班級之學生家長對學習共同體之政策認知現況良好,在五點 量表上平均得分皆在2分以下。 2.學習共同體班級之學生家長對學習共同體之政策滿意度現況良好,在五 點量表上平均得分皆在2分以下。 3.學習共同體班級之學生家長對學習共同體之參與意願現況中等,在五點 量表上平均得分在3分左右。 4.國小學生家長在政策認知、政策滿意度及參與意願三個層面皆高於國中 學生家長。 5.志工在參與意願層面高於學習共同體班級家長,在政策認知及政策滿意 度部分則無顯著差異現象。 6.不同性別之家長在政策認知、政策滿意度及參與意願三個層面皆存在差 異,女性高於男性。 7.36-40歲的家長在參與意願層面高於41-45歲及46歲以上,在政策認 知及政策滿意度部分則無顯著差異現象。 8.家長在參與學習共體的意願受到政策認知的影響最大,以政策認知的預 測力最大,其次才是政策滿意度。 基於前述結論,本研究分別就教育行政機關、實施學習共同體的學校及未來進一步研究提出建議以供參考。
A Study on New Taipei City National Primary and Secondary School Parents Cognition to Learning Community Policy, Policy Satisfaction and Willingness to Participate Abstract This study took the New Taipei City parents of those students whose classes ran learning community as objects, to explore the relationship between the parents cognition to learning community policy, policy satisfaction and willingness to participate.By using self-edited questionnaires, the researcher took schools of 102th academic year which participate in the National Primary and Secondary School Learning Community plan as pilot schools.This study investigated 330 students, including 165 students in 3 primary schools, and 165 students in 4 secondary schools by purpossively sampling.After statistical analysis to draw conclusions as follows: (Scale scores from very satisfied to very dissatisfied sequence of 1 to 5points) 1. Parents of learning community class show good status in cognition to learning community policy, on a five-point scale in average score of 2 points or less. 2. Parents of learning community class show good status in policy satisfaction, on a five-point scale in average score of 2 points or less. 3. Parents of learning community class show middle status in willingness to participate, on a five-point scale in average score about 3 points . 4. Primary school students’ parents got better score in all three levels: cognition to learning community policy , policy satisfaction and willingness to participate ,than the secondary school students' parents. 5. Volunteers had better score on willingness to participate level than other parents, and had no significant differences on the levels of cognition to learning community policy and policy satisfaction. 6. Parents of different gender had differences on cognition to learning community policy, policy satisfaction and willingness to participate levels, females got higher score than males. 7. 36-40 years old parents' willingness to participate levels higher than 41-45 years and over 46 years of age, in policy cognition and policy Satisfaction part had no significant differences. 8. Parents’ willingness to participate was most affected by policy Cognition.Ppolicy cognition had the most predictive power, followed by the policy satisfaction. Based on the foregoing conclusion, the research is to provide some suggestions as future references for the educational administration and schools implementation in learning community .
