Abstract

本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民中學校長授能領導與教師組織公民行為關係。 為達研究目的,本研究以自編之「桃園縣國民中學校長授能領導與教師組織公民行為之關係」調查問卷為研究工具;研究對象為桃園縣54所公立國民中學主任、組長、導師與專任教師。共發放720份問卷,回收672份,有效問卷650份,回收率約為93.33%。問卷所得資料以統計軟體SPSS 19.0 for Windows 進行處理,採描述統計、t 考驗及單因子變異數分析,及逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析。 根據上述文獻探討與調查資料分析結果,本研究獲致以下結論: 一、桃園縣國民中學教師對校長授能領導的感受尚稱良好。 二、桃園縣國民中學教師之教師組織公民行為現況良好。 三、桃園縣國民中學部份不同背景教師對校長授能領導之知覺有明顯的不同。 四、桃園縣國民中學部份不同背景教師對教師組織公民行為之知覺有明顯的不同。 五、桃園縣國民中學教師知覺「校長授能領導」各層面與「教師組織公民行為」各層面具有相當程度的正相關。 六、桃園縣國民中學「校長授能領導」對「教師組織公民行為」具有顯著預測力。 根據上述結論,本研究分別針對教育行政機關、國中教育人員及未來研究提出 建議,以供參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between empowering leadership and teachers’ organizational citizenship of junior high schools in Taoyuan County. To achieve the research purpose, the self-designed survey questionnaire “the relationship between empowering leadership and organizational citizenship of junior high schools in Taoyuan” was adminstered to collect pertinent data. The subjects in the study were junior high school teachers from 54 schools in Taoyuan County, including department deans, department assistant deans, homeroom teachers and non-homeroom teachers. A total of 720 questionnaires were distributed, 672 questionnaires returned, 650 answered completely, and the return rate was about 93.33%. Data from questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 for Windows, such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis and the like. The conclusions of the study were summarized as follows: 1. The teachers of junior high schools perceived an upper level on empowering leadership of school principals. 2. The teachers of junior high schools perceived an upper level on teachers’ organizational citizenship. 3. Part of the junior high school teachers’ perception of empowering leadership of school principals in Taoyuan County had significant difference in terms of demographical variables. 4. Part of the junior high school teachers’ perception of teachers’ organizational citizenship in Taoyuan County had significant difference in terms of demographical variables. 5. There were positive significant correlations among all dimensions of empowering leadership of school principals and teachers’ organizational citizenship. 6. Empowering leadership of school principals had predicative efficacy for all the dimensions of teachers’ organizational citizenship. Based on the conclusions, some suggestions were proposed to educational authority concerned, teachers of junior high schools, and further researches respectively.
