大台北地區高中職學生性知識、性態度和性行為之相關研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討大台北地區高中職學生的社會人口學變項、社會文化背景變項與性知識、性態度及性行為之關係。本研究採問卷調查法，以台北市與新北市高中職1-3年級學生為研究對象，以修編之「青少年社會文化因素、危險因子與性知識、性態度和性行為調查問卷」為研究工具，有效樣本數共計447人。歸納研究結果如下： 1. 高中職學生性知識來源以朋友及同學占最多數；問題的諮詢管道以同性朋友及網路查詢居多。 2. 高中職學生接觸色情媒體類型以色情漫畫、影片光碟及網站居多；網路上接觸色情內容主要為色情圖片及影片。 3. 性知識部分，高中職男生表現上較女生為佳，有接觸色情媒體經驗者較無經驗者得分為高，但整體性傳染疾病相關認知不足。 4. 性態度部分，高中職學生性態度屬中立取向，男生性態度表現較女生開放，有接觸色情媒體經驗者其性態度較開放。 5. 性行為部分，高中職學生有接觸色情媒體經驗者，其發生『親密行為』與『性交行為』比例較高。 6. 高中職學生『學制』、『年級』及『性態度』能有意義預測其『親密行為』；高中職學生『學制』、『性態度』及『性知識』能有意義預測其『性交行為』。

The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship among personal background variables, sex knowledge ,sex attitude and sex behavior of senior highschool students in Taipei–Keelung metropolitan area .The data was collected by seif-edited questionnaires and administered to 447 10th to 12th grade senior highschool students from Taipei metropolitan area.

The observation of this study was as follows: 1. The source of sexual knowledge was from friends and classmates; When there were problems,the students would normally seek advice in preference order from peers and surfing the web.

2. Prominent sex media sources of exposure are pornography book,video and the Internet;Pornography Images and video are themajor contentsof Internet pornography.

3. Sexual Knowledge:Male students had higher score than female students. The students ever had exposure to pornography had higher score than the studentsnever had exposure to pornography. Results showed that sexual knowledge about sexually transmitted disease (STD) was less than other areas.

4. Sexual Attitude:The majority of students belong to middle orientation. Male students reported more liberal attitudes than female studentss.The students ever had exposure to pornography had more liberal attitudes than the students never had exposure to pornography.

5. Sexual Behavior:The students ever had exposure to pornography had the greater the risk of intimate behavior and sex intercourse than the students never had exposure to pornography.

6. The sexual attitude of the senior high school students had significant correlation with intimate behavior. The sexual attitude of the senior high school students had significant correlation with sex intercourse.

7. Gender, school system, gradesand sex attitude are met good predictives of the intimate behaviorof senior highschool students. Sex attitudeis, Sex Knowledge,school system met good predictives of the sex intercourseof senior highschool students.
