有性經驗且使用俱樂部藥物青少年之愛滋知識及使用保險套之原型與意願之調查研究

Abstract

近年來由於社會的急遽變遷，青少年發生性行為及藥物濫用的比例逐漸上升，本研究主旨在探討使用保險套及俱樂部藥物青少年之愛滋知識與使用保險套之原型及意願調查。研究對象為全台矯正機構青少年，以Prototype/Willingness model為理論研究架構，共有592位青少年參與研究。測量研究工具參考國內外文獻及P/W model為理論架構編製而成結構性問卷，以斯皮曼等級相關及皮爾遜積差相關檢定各變項之相關性；再利用多元迴歸分析探討變項間的相關性。 研究結果指出：(1)受訪者平均愛滋知識程度答對率為66%，受訪者對於愛滋知識的了解，以口交是造成愛滋感染的主要途徑之一為最不了解(2)受訪者有性經驗的比例為78.2%，明顯比一般高中職高(3)受訪者使用保險套的比例為22.8%比一般青少年低(4)受訪者使用保險套比例與愛滋知識無關(5)保險套使用行為意向其相關因素有原型、意願及主觀規範(6)使用保險套的意願比態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、原型更能預測使用保險套之意向。 本研究建議：(1)矯正機構內應實施加強愛滋防制教育，以提高高關懷青少年對愛滋知識的了解(2)宣導高關懷青少年應使用保險套，落實愛滋防制教育(3)本研究資料支持原型及意願在高關懷青少年族群的保險套使用行為意向有良好預測效果。

The purpose of this study was to know the AIDS knowledge and prototype and willingness of using condom in alternative school students. The analysis was based on questionnaires of 592 adolescent. The theoretical construct is based on the model of prototype and willingness. The statistical analysis used in the study included descriptive statistical, Spearman rank correlation and Pearson’s product-moment correlation to each dependence of correlated and then using multiple-regression-analysis. The result of study were follows:(1) the participants ’average AIDS-related knowledge scored 66%.The worst part is about oral sexual behavior of AIDS infection way (2) the participants ’behavior of sexual intercourse is 78.2% and higher than the senior high school (3) 22.8% use condom and lower than the senior high school (4) use condom and AIDS knowledge are no association (5) factor associated with condom use intention are prototype, willingness and subjective norm (6) condom use willingness is than the attitude, subjective norm, perceived behaviour control, the prototype can be predicted of will of the condom use intention. According to the conclusions of these findings, it is suggested that: (1) alternative school should strengthen the AIDS prevention education for improving the AIDS-related knowledge (2) emphasize high risk adolescent should use condom and practical AIDS prevention education (3) the date collected in the study support the model of prototype and willingness have good accomplishment on the high risk adolescent’s condom use intention.
