北區醫學生社團經驗學習對公民態度及公民參與之研究

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討北區醫學生社團經驗學習、公民態度及公民參與之現況,並進一步瞭解北區醫學生的個人背景變項及社團經驗學習,在公民態度及公民參與之差異情形。研究對象為107學年度第2學期仍在學之北區大專校院醫學生。進行問卷調查,有效問卷共486份。運用IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體,進行問卷信、效度、描述統計、單一樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法分析所得資料。本研究結果歸納如下: 一、北區醫學生在公民態度各層面展現正向態度。 二、北區醫學生的公民參與各層面呈現中上程度。 三、具不同背景變項之北區醫學生其公民態度的差異情形: (一)有實習經驗的學生顯著優於無實習經驗者。 (二)有擔任社團幹部經驗的學生顯著優於無擔任社團幹部經驗的學生。 四、具不同背景變項之北區醫學生其公民參與的差異情形: (一)年級大五以上的學生顯著優於一到四年級者。 (二)民主互動的教育方式顯著優於自由放任以及權威專制的教育方式。 (三)平均每週參與社團時間多、曾擔任社團幹部、擔任過社團領導者的學生皆顯著優於平均每週參與社團時間少、不曾擔任社團幹部、未擔任過社團領導者的學生。 五、北區醫學生的公民態度和公民參與達顯著正相關。 根據研究結果,研究者對學校與教育相關單位、學務相關單位與學系以及後續的研究者提出具體建議。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to explore the correlated factors with university student's clubs experiential learning, civic attitude and citizen participation from medical students in northern Taiwan. The participants were the second semester of the 107 academic year, the medical current students in northern Taiwan. The sample of this study was consisted of 486 valid questionnaires from medical students in northern Taiwan. The data were analyzed with reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation in the IBM SPSS 23.0 for windows. Findings are as following: 1. The civic attitude of medical students in northern Taiwan is positive. 2. The citizen participation of medical students in northern Taiwan is intermediate level. 3. The civic attitude with different demographics from medical students in northern Taiwan: (1) Students with internship experience is significantly better than those without experience. (2) Students have experience in student's clubs management level is significantly better than those without experience. 4. The citizen participation with different demographics from medical students in northern Taiwan: (1) Students above the fifth grade are significantly better than freshman, juniors and seniors. (2) The democratic and interactive education method is significantly better than the laissez-faire education method. (3) The medical students in northern Taiwan who are more involved in student clubs exhibit a higher level of participation in class affairs, department affairs, school affairs and social affairs. 5. There is a significant positive correlation between civic attitude and citizen participation in the medical students in northern Taiwan. Recommendations based on the results are presented to improve the effectiveness of schools, student affairs and departments, expand participants, variables and methods for further research.en_US
