社會工作者倡議經驗之研究

Abstract

倡議已是社會工作中相當重要的方法之一，是與服務使用者一起工作或是代表服務使用者提供服務工作的一種過程，社會工作者期望透過倡議可以讓社會朝向更公平的方向發展，讓服務使用者享有更具公平正義之社會。本研究之目的為透過紀錄社會工作者過往倡議的經驗及工作方法，以提供給目前正在倡議路上的社會工作者或是想要成為倡議者的社會工作者參考。研究者訪談3位具有倡議經驗的資深社會工作者，結果發現社會工作倡議不是一條簡單的道路，也沒有固定模式，需要天時、地利、人和的配合，以促成改變。另外，目前倡議的專業傳承及相關訓練皆有所不足，期望未來能有更多社會工作者投入倡議工作。

Advocacy has been one of the most important methods in social work. It is a process of working with service users or providing services on behalf of service users. Social workers expect that the society could develop in a more equitable way, so service users could enjoy a more fair and just society through advocacy.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for social workers who are currently on the road of advocacy or who want to be advocators by recording the advocacy experience and working methods of senior social workers. The researcher interviewed three senior social workers with advocacy experience and found that social work advocacy is not a simple path, nor does it have a fixed model. It requires the right time, right place, and right people to facilitate the change of society. Additionally, this study found that the professional inheritance and training are insufficient so far, and it is hoped that more social workers will be involved in advocacy work in the future.
