Abstract
本論文旨在為有心致力於本土台語合唱作品的創作與展演的人士一個入門的參考資料,企盼能藉由筆者對於國人作曲家的台語合唱作品的創作手法作一初步探究之後能興起拋磚引玉之效,使得越來越多專業人士投入相關議題之研究與推廣。
研究內容將包括台語的台語聲調與音韻之基礎理論、台語合唱作品中的音高結構與織度的類型,以及各種聲調與節奏音型的處理方式。
首先是台語的台語聲調與音韻之基礎理論,該章為筆者以音樂人的角度來介紹創作與演唱台語合唱作品時所需要用到的相關理論,文字儘量以深入淺出的方式來論述艱深的語言學內容,此部份為之後相關的音樂處理分析之章節的先備知識。其後的第三章為音高結構與織度的類型,該章分別就和聲與旋律的音高組織、織度的類型二個部份來論述之。
接著是本論文研究的重點:聲調與節奏音型的處理,此章中將探討台語合唱作品中作曲家在旋律中如何處理歌詞中的聲調與歌詞的內在的節奏此二部份;而為了探究上的方便,筆者謹將各種處理方式約略地分類,將分別闡述聲調取向的處理方式、旋律取向的處理方式、節奏取向的處理方式、聲調與節奏並重的處理方式等四種處理方式;除了文字敘述之外,並將配合若干譜例輔助說明之。最末,謹以結論來歸納本論文的研究成果,並附上詳細的參考書目以供後人作更深入的研究工作。
The present thesis aims at providing a preliminary reference for those dedicated to the creation and performance of Taiwanese Southern Min chorus compositions. It is the hope of the author that more musical professionals will be thus encouraged to conduct related research and promote Taiwanese chorus works. The scope of this thesis will encompass the fundamental theories of phonology, the pitch organization and genre of the texture of chorus compositions, and the treatments of tones and rhythmic figures of Taiwanese Southern Min. The second chapter begins with introducing the fundamental theories of phonology of Taiwanese Southern Min, explained in a simple manner to be easily grasped by the targeted group. This in turn will constitute the prerequisite knowledge for the subsequent chapters. The third chapter introduces the pitch organization and the genre of the texture of Taiwanese Southern Min chorus compositions, and this chapter will be further divided into two sections to elaborate on the aforementioned content. Chapter Three deals with the treatments of tones and rhythmic figures, which is the focus of this thesis. This chapter will discuss how the composers handle the tones and inner rhythm of the Taiwanese Southern Min lyrics. For the convenience of discussion, the author classifies the treatments into four categories: tone-oriented treatment, rhythm-oriented treatment, melody-oriented treatment, and tone-and-rhythm-oriented treatment. In addition to literal explanations, some manuscript examples will be used for ancillary purposes. Finally, the thesis will conclude with the results of this research, in conjunction with a detailed bibliography for those who are interested in further pursuing this issue.
