Abstract

本研究旨在探討我國廣告設計科學生職業價值觀之傾向,並進而瞭解職業價值觀是否因學生個人背景因素之不同而有所差異。經由問卷調查法蒐集廣設科學生的背景及職業價值觀傾向之資料,經過資料彙整後,進行單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、二因子變異數分析以及單因子變異數分析等統計考驗。本研究獲致以下結論: 一、高職廣告設計科學生普遍重視職業價值觀。 二、高職廣告設計科學生在不同年級、家庭社經地位與職業價值觀交互作用下具有差異情形。 三、不同背景變項之高職廣告設計科學生其職業價值觀有顯著差異。 本研究另針對學校行政、教師、家長及學生個人四個層面,提出幾點建議,以供相關人士參考。最後,茲根據本研究在研究變項與研究方法等方面不足之處,以及在進行研究中所獲得之想法,歸納出幾點建議,以提供日後進行相關主題研究者之參考。
This study was aimed at investigating occupational value of students studying in Department of Advertising Design of Vocational High School; further, it surveys if personal background will create different occupational value. In the process of questionnaires, collect data of personal background and occupational value of students studying in Department of Advertising Design of Vocational High School. After have the data categorized and arranged, one sample t-test, independent sample t-test, two-way ANOVA, and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the collected data. The findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The participants studying in Department of Advertising Design of Vocational High School have higher level of occupational value than that of importance degree. 2. The participants studying in Department of Advertising Design of Vocational High School with variety of school grades, family, social and economic status, and occupational values have different options. 3. The participants studying in Department of Advertising Design of Vocational High School with various backgrounds have great different choices toward occupational values. In addition, Suggestions for people involving in related studying field, as school administration, teachers, parents, and students were proposed in this study. Finally, according to insufficiencies of research variables and methods, and ideas obtained during the studying, researcher concludes with recommends for further studies.
