Abstract
本研究旨在探討技術型高中外語群學生的英語閱讀理解策略、英語閱讀動機、英語閱讀焦慮與英語閱讀理解能力之關係。本研究抽取台北市外語群學生350人為樣本,進行「英語閱讀理解策略、英語閱讀動機、英語閱讀焦慮與英語閱讀理解能力調查問卷」施測,所得量化資料採取描述性統計、皮爾遜積差相關及階層多元迴歸等方法,進行統計分析。
主要研究結論包括:
一、 外語群學生英語閱讀理解策略、英語閱讀動機、英語閱讀焦慮屬中上程度。
二、 外語群學生英語閱讀理解策略越好、英語閱讀動機越高者、英語閱讀焦慮越低者,其閱讀理解能力越佳。
三、 外語群學生英語閱讀理解策略、英語閱讀動機、英語閱讀焦慮皆對英語閱讀理解能力有顯著影響。
根據上述結論,本研究分別以從教師教學、技術型高中外語群學生及未來研究等方面提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among reading comprehension strategies, reading motivation, reading anxiety and reading comprehension ability in the student of foreign languages cluster in vocational high schools. The sample included 350 electrical and languages cluster students in Taipei city. A questionnaire was developed to collect data and descriptive statistics, person’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis were utilized to analyze the data. The major conclusions of the study were summarized as followings: 1. Language cluster students’ reading comprehension strategies, reading motivation and reading anxiety was above the middle level. 2. Language cluster students’ reading comprehension strategies, reading motivation and reading anxiety was significantly correlated to their learning outcome. 3. Language cluster students’ reading comprehension strategies, reading motivation and reading anxiety had a significant effect on their learning outcome. According to the conclusion above, this study provides suggestions for education administration authorities, schools, and vocational high schools on topics of teaching, Language cluster students and future research. Suggestions such as, teachers can take on the supporting role.
