《耀演》劇團音樂劇之紀錄與研究-以原創中文音樂劇《DAYLIGHT》為例

Abstract

  音樂劇為20世紀新生的劇種,近年來亦在臺灣蓬勃發展。本論文係以音樂劇演出為主之《耀演》劇團作為研究對象,選定其中文原創音樂劇《DAYLIGHT》為案例,針對其創作背景、製演過程以及主題內容進行深入研究與分析,旨在探究《耀演》之製作成果,並具體說明《耀演》之理念與其在創作表現上之影響,再者進一步提出《耀演》劇團的展望,並嘗試給予未來發展建議。   本研究除了運用文獻探討與相關人物深度訪談等方式,筆者更實地跟排觀察,將演出活動與歷程拍攝,進行影音紀錄,藉此得以深入瞭解《DAYLIGHT》一劇之形式與風格何以形塑,以及導演、演員如何去詮釋解讀劇本文字與歌曲,而轉化成音樂戲劇表演的實踐。因此,研究成果跳脫純粹文字記載,包含有文本及紀錄影片二部分,透過二者交互比對參照與呈現,獲得更為客觀且全面性的剖析,為研究此領域之學術界及教育界提供一份有效資源。
  Musicals have developed as a genre in the twentieth century and flourished in Taiwan in recent years. The object of this research was VM Theater, which was mainly devoted to musical production. The original Chinese musical DAYLIGHT of VM Theater was selected as the case to analyze its background, process and subject context. The aim of the research explored the productions of VM Theater, specifically revealing its concept and how it influenced the way the work was created and performed. Furthermore, the prospects and practical suggestions based upon the research findings are proposed.   This research was conducted by means of observation as well as multimedia recording, in addition to apply literature reviews and depth interviews with the principle figures participating in DAYLIGHT. The process and live shows of DAYLIGHT were included so as to figure out how VM Theater strives achieved a well-defined style and manner in this production, and how the director and actors interpreted the scripts, made it converted into practical performance as well. The results of this research consisted not only of written records but a multimedia film to achieve at more objective and comprehensive conclusions by means of mutual reference and presentation. Findings will be useful for either academic or education fields.
