國民中學處室主任工作壓力、情緒勞務與工作倦怠關係之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在瞭解國民中學處室主任工作壓力、情緒勞務與工作倦怠之現況;並探討工作壓力、情緒勞務與工作倦怠間之關聯性;進而深入分析工作壓力、情緒勞務對工作倦怠的預測性。
本研究採普查的問卷調查方式,對象為基隆市公立國民中學主任教師人員。總學校數為15所,共計69名處室主任,發放紙本問卷69份,回收69份有效問卷,以SPSS統計軟體並採用信度分析、描述性統計、相關分析及迴歸分析等統計方法進行驗證。本研究發現國民中學處室主任之工作壓力愈高,則工作倦怠相對愈高;國民中學處室主任之上級要求的工作壓力愈高,則情緒勞務相對愈高;國民中學處室主任之情緒勞務對工作倦怠無顯著影響;國民中學處室主任之情緒勞務對工作壓力與工作倦怠則無中介效果。
The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the school directors’ job stress and emotional labor would cause the job burnout. A self-designed questionnaire was sent to all sixty-nine school directors, who are currently employed in fifteen public junior high schools of Keelung City. All questionaires were returned by the sample, which yield a one hundred percent response rate. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation, and regression were used to analyze the data. The major findings of this study are as follows: There is a positive relationship between job stress and emotional labor. Only pressure from the supervisors of school directors will greatly increase emotional labor. There is no evidence to show that the job burnout is a result of the emotional labor. In this case, emotional labor is not the mediation effect between the job stress and the job burnout.
