Abstract
大學階段是一個人進入職場生涯或進層學習的重要前哨站,對於大部分的大學生如此,對於身心障礙學生亦然。本文係在探討大專身心障礙學生生涯規劃的相關課題(含生涯適應現況、輔導策略等),並從實務工作的角度,提出對於輔導大專身心障礙學生生涯發展的相關心得與做法,期能有助於大專身心障礙學生的生涯發展與輔導。
College was an important stage of transition for career development for every undergraduate student. In this article, issues about career development, adjustment of campus life among university and college students with disabilities, and strategies of teaching career-education were discussed. A series of programs on career education for university and college students with disabilities were also included.
