Abstract

本研究調查了居住在台灣的印尼語家庭的語言適應和傳承的動態過程。 該研究旨在了解這些家庭在主要以華語為主的台灣語言景觀中的語言變化,並探討影響印尼語言世代保存的機制。採用混合方法,包括訪談、參與觀察研究。研究評估了家庭背景下的語言使用情況,並檢視了居住時間、語言背景和教育背景等影響語言適應的因素。 此外,該研究還探討了印尼語家庭如何將母語傳播給年輕一代,並考慮了社區支持、文化組織和教育機構在這過程中的作用。多年來, 台灣觀察到了大量移民湧入, 其中包括印尼人, 他們移民的主要動機是就業, 因此, 居住在台灣的印尼人數量隨著時間的推移穩步增加。 另一群印尼人則是因與台灣人結婚而選擇在台灣定居。 在過去的十五年中, 相當數量的印尼人來台灣接受教育, 隨後尋找就業機會並選擇留在本國家。最近的趨勢顯示, 越來越多的印尼夫妻選擇在台灣建立自己的生活, 主要是因為在台灣就業, 並使他們的孩子在台灣多元文化的環境中成長。本研究的目的是了解在台灣定居的印尼家庭中, 父母均為印尼人而孩子在台灣出生或成長的第二代孩子的語言習得使用模式。考慮到台灣社會中使用的各種語言。鑑於台灣多元的語言環境, 社區內部使用多種語言進行交流, 這些孩子在從父母和外部環境中習得各種語言方面具有獨特的優勢。本研究結合訪談和參與觀察研究方法, 以確定孩子在與周圍的人溝通時, 包括父母, 兄弟姊妹, 朋友, 老師, 和社區成員在內, 最常使用的語言。
This research examines the process of Indonesian families living in Taiwan in adapting language and how parents pass on language to the next generation. Explores the influence of Indonesian families in Taiwan, where Mandarin is the dominant language, and the influence of Indonesian within the family.Using several methods such as interviews and direct field observations, this research seeks to find out how long this family has lived in Taiwan, educational background and language to influence the language passed down to the next generation. Moreover, exploring how families pass on Indonesian to the family, considering its role in the community, culture and education undertaken. Over the years, a significant influx of immigrants, including Indonesians, has been observed in Taiwan. The primary motivation behind their migration is employment, and as a result, the number of Indonesian individuals residing in Taiwan has steadily increased over time. Recent trends indicate a growing number of Indonesian couples opting to establish their lives in Taiwan, primarily driven by employment with their children, who receive and grow up within the multicultural environment with Taiwanese society.The objective of this study is to determine the languages acquisition and usage patterns among second-generation children from Indonesian families which both parents are Indonesian that residing in Taiwan but the children are either born and or raised in Taiwan. Considering the various languages used within Taiwanese society. Given the diverse linguistic landscape in Taiwan, where multiple languages are used for communication within the community, these children have a unique advantage of acquiring various languages from their parents as well as the external environment.
