Abstract
With advances in technology and the Internet, e-learning has become a trend in training and education. Given the continual spread of COVID-19 around the world in 2020, schools and corporations must replace traditional classroom training with e-learning courses. The crisis has emphasised the importance of e-learning. This study will use an organization perspective, tries to investigate the factors that affect the employee’s willingness in using an e-learning system, to explore the relationships among effect factors and behavioral intention, and to analyze the effects on behavioral intention by different background variables. This study will integrate the concepts of Technology Acceptance Model and Unified Theory of Acceptance. Besides, this study will also consider other models and the relevant literatures, and put them into the research model. This research is conducted via questionnaires. A total of 231 effective samples was received and analyzed by using descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, independent-samples t-test and one-way ANOVA. The study results summarize as follows: (1) Behavioral intention was significantly and positively influenced by performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, effort expectancy, attitude toward using and self-efficacy, and social influence is the best; (2) Anxiety is not significantly negatively correlated with behavioral intention; and (3) The effect of personal factors on behavioral intention is not significantly. In the end of this study will provide some suggestions for corporations and future researchers.
