dc.description.abstract     國中技藝教育是教育部為延長國民義務教育年限做準備及規畫的一非正規學制,對有職業傾向的國中三年級學生,提前給於職業試探教育,讓這些學生能得到適性的發展,及期盼未來能有較佳的生涯規畫及發展。國中技藝教育實施以來,成效尚稱卓著,但也伴隨著浮現一些問題,本文旨在從另一角度;「管理」來探討問題的產生及尋求解決的方法。zh_tw
dc.description.abstract     Nowadays Technology Art Education in our junior high school is an informal system set by the Department of education to prepare for the extension of our compulsory education. In this system, the third-grade students who have vocational tendencies are offered opportunities to get familiar with the courses in the vocational high school in hope that they can find their own interests and specialties. Since Technology Art Education has been put into practice, it has taken place as well. In this article, the author will analyze the causes of the problems and try to find the solutions from the viewpoint of "Management."en_US
