臺北市高中職軍訓教官工作壓力與因應方式之研究

dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討臺北市高中職軍訓教官工作壓力與因應方式現況,且比較不同背景變項的臺北市高職軍訓教官其工作壓力與因應方式之差異情形。為達成上述研究目的,本研究針對臺北市公、私立高中職的軍訓教官為研究對象,進行問卷調查研究,共發出問卷345份,有效問卷331份,有效回收率95.9%。問卷資料採用描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定(Independent-Samples t-test)、單因子變異數分析 (one-way ANOVA) 等方法進行統計分析。 本研究根據文獻探討及調查研究之分析與討論,獲致以下結論: 一、臺北市高中職軍訓教官整體工作壓力感受屬於中等程度。 二、臺北市高中職軍訓教官在工作壓力來源中,以工作負荷為最高,生涯成就次之,兩者皆達中程度壓力感受;學生問題與人際關係則最低,兩者皆屬中低壓力感受。 三、臺北市高中職軍訓教官在面對壓力時,最常使用理性思考、問題解決等因應方式,其次是情緒調適偶而使用,而逃避延宕則是最少使用。 四、臺北市不同背景的高中職軍訓教官就整體方面而言其工作壓力程度不大,僅有在「性別」及「職務」上是略有差異。 五、臺北市不同背景的高中職軍訓教官對工作壓力來源感受程度,整體上的感受差異不會過大。 六、臺北市不同背景的高中職軍訓教官面對壓力時使用壓力因應方式的差異情形不大。 依據研究發現與結論,對主管教育行政機關、高中職教官以及未來的相關研究, 分別提出若干建議事項。 一、對主管教育行政機關之建議 (一)積極協助軍訓教官成為合格中等學校師資 (二)提供合理的軍訓教官員額配置,清楚界定軍訓教官角色功能 (三)結合社會資源設置軍訓教官諮商輔導機構 二、對高中職教官之建議 (一)軍訓教官應踴躍參與休閒活動 (二)一般教官應建立良好互動網絡 (三)軍訓教官應認識工作壓力,學習有效的壓力因應方式 (四)軍訓教官應自我充實,做好生涯規劃 三、對未來研究之建議 (一)納入不同研究變項 (二)擴大研究範圍 (三)輔以質性研究 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The purposes of this study was to analyze the current situation of the job stress and coping strategy for senior (vocational) high school’s military instructors in Taipei city. It was also to compare the differences of the different background variables on their job stress and coping strategy. This study adapts questionnaire survey and conducts it by taking as the military training instructors in senior (vocational) high schools in the Taipei City. Both public and private high level of military training instructors were indluded as population and 345 of them as samples in terms of purposive sampling 331 subjects completed the questionnaires and 331 was valid , thus created a valid rate of 95.9%.Both Independent samples t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the questionnaire in addition to descriptive statistics. According to the above-mentioned research process, some conclusions were as follows: 1. The level of the perception of job stress was middle degree for the military training instructors in senior (vocational) high schools in the taipei city. 2.For senior (vocational) high school’s military instructors in the taipei city, in the workplace the source of pressure in order to work load was the highest, followed by his career achievements, student problems and human relationships were the lowest. 3.For senior (vocational) high school’s military instructors in the taipei city, in the face of pressure, the most often use of rational thinking, problem solving and so on in the stress in coping way, followed by the occasional use of emotional adjustment, and the delay is to avoid the use of at least. 4. The different backgrounds of senior (vocational) high school’s military instructors in the taipei city, their work as a whole in terms of the degree of pressure is not great, only felt significant differences in gender and the duty. 5.The different backgrounds of senior (vocational) high school’s military instructors in the taipei city,on the source of feelings of job stress, the overall differences were not feeling too great. 6.The different backgrounds of senior (vocational) high school’s military instructors in the taipei city,to face pressure in response to pressure differences in the way the situation is not great. Based on the conclusions, some recommendations were offered for the educational authority concerned, senior high school and vocational high schools’military instructors, and further researchers. | en_US |
