人權教育教學對高中生人權態度影響之實驗研究-以中部某高中為例

Abstract
本研究計劃在公民與社會科領域的教學中藉由實施人權教育教學課程,探討學生的人權態度是否會經由教學活動而有所影響與改變,以作為未來實施人權教育教學之參考。
本研究採「準實驗研究法」之設計,以台中市某高中82位學生為研究參與者,分為實驗組與控制組。實驗組42人,控制組40人。自變項為「人權教育教學課程」,依變項為「人權態度」。實驗組以一個月一個主題單元的方式於公民與社會科課程時間與班會時間,進行人權教育教學,且皆對實驗組與控制組同時實施前後測。
所得資料以敘述統計、單因子共變數分析對前後測所得的資料加以統計處理,並以之為研究發現依據;並分析研究參與者之質性資料,以了解人權教育教學課程實驗之效果。
本研究共分為五個章節。第一章為緒論,第二章為文獻探討,第三章為研究設計與實施,第四章為研究結果分析與討論,第五章為研究結論與建議。根據第四章研究結果,主要發現如下:
一、人權教育課程教學增進高中學生人權態度在「正義感與關懷弱勢」層面達顯著差異,也顯示研究參與者在此部分受到教學成效的影響。
二、本研究在教學課程中所提及的人權概念,讓學生留有印象與產生對人權態度上的改變。
三、研究參與者對「人權教育教學課程」評價多為正向。
最後根據研究結果,提出對未來研究、教育主管單位、教師人權教育教學之參考:
一、對教師的建議:以多元的教學策略融入人權教育歷程中。
二、對教育主管機關的建議:應提供人權教育資源。
三、對學校的建議:應加強學校人權環境的建立。

A Study for the Impacts of Human Rights Education on the Attitude of Senior High School Students -The Case of A Senior High School in Taichung Country 【Abstract】 This study focuses on if the attitude of the students toward human rights could be influenced via the implementation of human rights education and teaching courses in the civil and social curriculum, and to offer a reference to human right education in future study. The study is based on "quasi-experimental research method". It was applied to 82 high-school students in Taichung City. Forty-two of them were assigned to the experimental group and 40 of them to the control group. The independent variable is human rights education course, and the dependent variable is the attitude of human rights. The experimental group received education about human rights in citizens and social courses and class meeting. A topic was taught every month. The experimental group and control group were tested before and after the courses. The collected data were analyzed with t-test, one-way ANCOVA. Based on the analyzed results, the qualitative data from the students was interpreted to examine the effects of the program. There are five chapters in this research report. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter is the literature review. The third chapter is the research design and realization. The fourth chapter is the result analysis and discussion. The last chapter is the conclusions, and suggestions. The result analysis in the fourth chapter showed : 1.Compared with the control group about human right attitude in the aspect of sense of justice and care for the weak people, the experimental group after receiving the “ Human rights education courses” have better results; in other words, the participators was influenced by the courses. 2.The Human right education courses impressed the students. Their attitudes toward Human rights were improved. 3.Most students have positive feedback to Human right education courses. According to the results, the research brings up suggestions specifically for future research, educational administration and Human right education teachers.
