Man and environment are two basic elements in geographic spatial organization. What is man's role in the changing world? The author intends to define the difference of the natures of man and environment with the theory of perception and behavior. Depending upon the same definition, the author is also ambitious to study the origin of Chinese hieroglyphics which had been considered as the behavioral products through primary man's perception of geographic landscapes. This article is only an introductory exposure to the successive scholars in different fields. The author wishes to recieve sincere critique as well as suggestion. All ranges of feed-back regarding this study approach are thankfully welcome.en_US
