新創企業之採購管理探討—以【Hyphy】品牌為例

Abstract
雖然在公司經營當中,「採購」並非影響企業收益的主要要件,但是對於 品牌的永續經營而言,產品品質控管的最大關鍵絕對非「採購」莫屬,尤其對 新創公司來說,每一次的產品開發就是一個全新的開始,要如何利用有限的人 力資源與時間,將在採購流程中有可能發生的錯誤機率降到最低,同時滿足品 牌對品質的要求,還能降低生產成本,都會是企業永遠都須面對的挑戰之一。
本技術報告以 Hyphy 自創立以來所遇到的採購問題為個案,探討事件發生 的原因,協助 Hyphy 更有系統的改善採購管理流程。本技術報告所獲得的成果 有四:1.提出新供應商評選模式;2.將 Hyphy 採購流程進行系統化的梳理,有 效的改善採購流程;3.歸納出每次簽訂採購合約時所必須包含的必要條款,以 保障自身權益;4.最後,透過擬定專案管理時程圖,將每一採購案都製作成一 獨立專案後,更能準確掌握採購進度,縮短產品開發時間。
Although "purchasing" is not the main factor that affects the company's revenue in the company's operation, for the sustainability of a brand, "purchasing" is definitely a key successful factor of product quality control. Especially for start-up companies, every product development is a new project. How to use limited human resources and time to minimize the probability of errors that may occur in the procurement process, while meeting the brand’s quality requirements, and reducing production costs, is one of the challenges that companies must always face. This research takes the procurement problems encountered by Hyphy since its establishment as a case study, discusses the reasons for the incident, and tries to assist Hyphy in improving the procurement management process more systematically. There are four achievements as follows: 1. propose a new supplier selection model. 2. systematize the Hyphy procurement process to effectively improve the procurement process. 3. summarize the necessary clauses that must be included every time a purchase contract is signed to protect their rights. 4. finally, by drawing up a project management schedule for each procurement case, the procurement progress can be more accurately grasped and product development time can be shortened.
