控制．相應—徐瑞琴探討大象行為之水墨創作論述

Abstract

人類與動物之間的關係，長久以來，是哲學和倫理學探討的重要議題之一，隨著動物權利運動的興起，人類對動物的霸權地位受到質疑，這印證了人與動物之間的關係應該好好的省思。人類對動物的殺戮和暴力之所以在這個世界還上演著，是因為人類自詡位居動物和環境之上。根深蒂固的以人類的利益為優先考量，視動物為人類的工具及資源。利用武器對野生動物引誘、陷阱、獵殺，造成傷害、痛苦、流血、死亡。奪走了生存權利，是一種極端的暴力，人類行為亟待省思與改變。本研究以動物權利角度出發，探討象與人類及人類霸權與動物權利之間的關係。以大象為創作主題，探討大象的行為，採用水墨及複合媒材進行創作，希望透過藝術傳達理念，喚起更多的人對動物權利的關注，共同建構更友善的環境。本論文共分為五章，第一章緒論，說明生活中所見所聞的感悟及研究動機與目的、研究內容與範圍、研究方法。第二章以象與人類的關係，探討人類霸權、動物權利、象的美學、象與人類相應的和諧關係及藝術家作品分析。第三章闡述創作理念、創作方法、創作實踐、創作步驟。第四章創作作品解析，本創作共有「威武系列」、「温系系列」、「受虐系列」、「神格化系列」等四個系列，每幅作品予以說明創作理念及形式分析。第五章結論，本論文研究過程的回顧及未來的展望。The relationship between humans and animals has long been one of the important topics of philosophical and ethical discussion. With the rise of the animal rights movement, humans' hegemonic position over animals has been questioned, which proves that the relationship between humans and animals should be carefully reflected upon. The reason why human killing and violence against animals still occurs in this world is because humans claim to be superior to animals and the environment. It is deeply rooted in the principle of prioritizing human interests and viewing animals as tools and resources of humans. Use of weapons to lure, trap, or hunt wild animals, causing injury,pain, bloodshed, or even death. Taking away the right to survive is an extreme form of violence, and human behavior urgently needs to be reflected upon and changed.This study explores the relationship between elephants and humans and between human hegemony and animal rights from the perspective of animal rights. Taking elephants as the theme of his creation, he uses ink and mixed media to create his work. He hopes that through artistic creation, he can convey his ideas, arouse more people's attention to animal rights, and jointly build a friendlier environment. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which explains the insights gained from what I see and hear in life, as well as the research motivation and purpose, research content and scope, and research methods. Chapter 2 is about the relationship between elephants and humans, exploring human hegemony, animal rights, the aesthetics of elephants, and analysis of artists’ works. Chapter 3explains the creative concepts, methods, practices and steps. Chapter 4 Analysis of the creative works. This creation has four series："Mighty Series", "Gentle Series", "Sadism Series", and "Deification Series". Chapter 5 is the conclusion, which reviews and self-examines the research process of this paper and looks forward to the future.
