臺北地區公立高職汽車科學生學習滿意度之調查研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討臺北地區公立高級工業職業學校汽車科學生之學習滿意度,為達成研究目的,首先透過文獻分析進行整理與分析,採用專家訪談及問卷調查法,進行本研究實徵資料之蒐集。根據分析的結果,編製「臺北地區公立高職汽車科學生學習滿意度調查問卷」為研究工具。
本研究方法主要採用問卷調查法,實施對象為九十六學年度五所臺北地區公立高職學校汽車科學生,共 1074 名學生為施測對象。總計共發出 1074 份問卷,實際回收 1049 份問卷,剔除無效問卷份 72 份,總計有效問卷有 979 份,可用率為 91.15%。本研究結果如下:
一、臺北地區公立高職汽車科學生整體之「學習滿意度」傾向於「滿意」。
二、在課程設計向度上:以性別、年級、未來進路規劃、母親教育程度與父親職業上,有顯著差異。
三、在教師教學向度上:以年級、未來進路規劃、父親職業與母親職業上,有顯著差異。
四、在學校環境向度上:以學校區域、性別、年級、未來升學意向、未來就業意向、父親職業與母親職業上,有顯著差異。
五、在人際關係向度上:以學校區域、未來進路規劃、未來升學意向、未來就業意向、父親職業與母親職業上,有顯著差異。
依據上述研究結論,本研究對政府相關單位、學校、學生、後續研究提供相關之建議。
The main purpose of this thesis was to research the learning satisfaction of the students in Taipei municipal vocational high schools in the auto mechanics department . To achieve the purpose of the study, the literature was firstly reviewed and analyzed to build the framework of this school. Secondly, the questionnaire was entitled “questionnaire to survey the learning satisfaction of the students in Taipei municipal vocational high Schools in the auto mechanics department ” according to the results of the literature study. The research approach applied to this study was the survey method with a questionnaire. The survey covers in Taipei municipal vocational high schools in the auto mechanics department in 2007. Sampling five schools and delivering 1074 questionnaires totally, I got 1074 back . Except for 72 without effect, there are 979 questionnaires with effect. The effective percentage was 91.15%. Conclusion of the study as follow: 1.The degree of overall satisfaction from in Taipei municipal vocational high Schools in the auto mechanics department is toward to “satisfied”. 2.The diversion of course arrangement depends on “sex” , “grade”, “enter the way to plan in the future”,” mother's education degree” and “father's job”. 3.The diversion of teaching methoods depends on “grade”,” enter the way to plan in the future” , “father's job” and “mother's job”. 4.The diversion of school environment depends on “school area”, “sex” , “grade”, ”the willing of advance to college”,” the willing of advance to occupation” , “father's job” and “Mother's job”. 5.The diversion of interpersonal relationships depends on “school area”,” enter the way to plan in the future”, ”the willing of advance to college”,” the willing of advance to occupation” , “father's job” and “mother's job”. Based on above studies and conclusion, this research can be served as references for related authorities, schools and students for their further research.
