Abstract

It is scheduled that the Taiwan Branch of National Central Library will complete a brand-new library around 200 A.D, and will be turned into National Taiwan Library. The plan has now been completed. This essay describes the features of the plan, introduces the development plans (including missions, organizations and scales, sections, collections, seats for readers……ect.) on one hand, and also specifies the space requirements and architectural features on the other. (Such as environmental considerations, external designs, flexible applications, standard equipment, space without obstacle, safety systems, accurate indications and the entirety of the plans.)
