淡水國小故事媽媽服務學習歷程之研究
Abstract
本研究旨在探討國小故事媽媽服務學習的歷程,以質性研究取向,立意取樣選取淡水國小四位故事媽媽為研究對象,進行深度訪談。欲達成之研究目的如下:
一、瞭解淡水國小故事媽媽參與服務學習的動機。
二、瞭解淡水國小故事媽媽服務學習的方法與過程。
三、瞭解淡水國小故事媽媽服務學習中的困境與因應策略。
四、瞭解淡水國小故事媽媽從事服務學習的成長經驗。
經整理分析訪談逐字稿、訪談紀錄,做出以下四項結論:
一、故事媽媽參與服務學習的動機是多元的,有利己因素、實現利他理念和情境因素。
二、故事媽媽學習方式多元且交替進行,故事媽媽的服務學習經歷豐富且深刻。
三、故事媽媽面臨來自學校、老師、小朋友給予的挫折,同時也遭遇故事組本身運作不順及環境不利的難題。
四、故事媽媽從事服務學習個人收穫豐盈,得到成就與快樂、成長與改變;增進與家人的良好互動。
最後依據研究的發現與結果,針對教育主管機關、學校、淡水國小故事媽媽及後續研究者提出數項建議。
The study was to explore the service-learning process of being storytelling mothers in elementary school. The methodology used was qualitative research -- in-depth interviewing with four storytelling moms in Danshui Elementary School. The purposes of this study were: 1. To understand the motives ofstorytelling mothers’ participating. 2. To understand their method and process of participating service-learning process. 3. To find out the difficulties they have met and the solutions they may come up with. 4. To find out the growth of them after the service-learning process. According to the analysis of the transcripts from interviews and fieldnotes. The conclusions were summarized as followings. 1. The motives of these mothers were diverse. The reasons included egoistic ones, to fulfill altruistic ideals, and situational ones. 2. The ways of learning of these mothers were diverse and rotated. Their service-learning experiences were rich and deep. 3. The frustration they faced during the process came from the school staff and the students. They have also encountered problems of mal-function of their storytelling group as well as the difficulties of the surroundings. 4. They have gained a lot personally from the service-learning process. They have gained senses of achievement, happiness, personal growth and change, and improvement of their interaction with families. The results helped to propose suggestions to the administrative bureau, schools, storytelling mothers in Danshui elementary school, as well as other researchers.
