dc.description.abstract本篇旨在探討國內外師資培育機構或學者對數理資優師資培育的意見。首先闡述國內數理資優師資上面臨不合格資優師資比例過高的弊病；接著說明數理資優師資培 育的現況、提出國內外機構與學者研究後認為數理資優師資應具備哪些能力，最後研究者分別從學科知識、一般教學知識、課程知識、學科教學知識、對學習者及其 特徵的知識、對教育脈絡的知識及專業責任七方面，提出數理資優教師應具備的重要知能。 關鍵詞：數理資優、師資培育zh_tw
