dc.description.abstract在國防部推行精進案之後,在工作壓力加劇、家庭支持、階級晉升及生涯發展等不確定因素狀況下,將有可能影響志願役軍官之離職意願。若能降低工作壓力及離職傾向,對國軍組織及個人而言,可以減少有形和無形的成本。 本研究目的在瞭解後備司令部志願役政戰軍官工作壓力與離職傾向之關連性,並探討個人背景變項與離職傾向上的差異。本研究以後備司令部所屬志願役政戰軍官為樣本,透過立意抽樣,發放問卷265份,實際回收有效份問卷263份,以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、卡方檢定等方法進行資料分析,得到結論如下: 一、大多數後備司令部志願役政戰軍官感受中偏高的工作壓力及離職傾向。 二、大多數後備司令部志願役政戰軍官在工作壓力上,對個人生涯發展、組織結構、家庭支持等問題感受到較高的困擾。 三、大多數志願役政戰軍官在離職念頭、工作安全感等因素影響下,相對提升其離職傾向。 四、志願役政戰軍官工作壓力越高,其所產生之離職傾向亦越高。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job stress and turnover tendency for the voluntary Reserve Command Political Officers’. In addition, personal attributes were used to compare the differences. A total of 265 questionnaries were mailed to the sample, 263 valied questionnaries were received and used for the data analysis. Frequency distribution, t-test, Chi square test, and One-way ANOVA were used to analyze the deta. The important findings are as follow: 1. The most voluntary Political Officer tends to feel of the middle and upper in job stress and turnover tendency. 2. In job stress, the most voluntary Political Officer was higher troubled feelings on the career development, organizational structure, family support and other issues. 3. In turnover tendency, the most voluntary Political Officer enhance its tendency of turnover tendency, the result of the limited career development, job security and other factors. 4. The voluntary Political Office had a positive relationship between job stress and Turnover Tendency.en_US
