Abstract

本行動研究為「概念為本的課程設計方式」運用於國中生涯探索課程,期許學生可以經過一系列以概念為本之輔導活動課生涯發展課程設計中,擴展並深化自己對於職業與自我關係的認識,並且促進自己能進行負責任的生涯決定時,去達成最大化創造幸福的機會本研究參與對象為臺北市某國中16位九年級學生,依照行動研究法之流程進程。研究結果發現,以概念為本方式運用於國中生涯探索課程,除了能讓學生更加認識自己自我特質與興趣外,也能讓學生對於自己所選擇的職業,有更加深入的探索與了解,以及能對未來幸福人生道路有更多想像。經行動研究者即教師本人實施行動研究後,分析並歸納結論如下:一、以概念為本的設計,有助於構建新的生涯探索課程架構二、本課程能有效激發學生主動探索生涯方向的動力三、教師對自我教學增能的提升 本行動研究除學生之學生成果外,教師自我的反思與對於概念為本教學的建構,也是進行本專業實務報告後,自我成長的一部分。行動研究最後結論與建議或研究者本若有不足之處,供各位教學先進參考。
This action research is a"concept-based curriculum design method" applied to junior high school career exploration courses. It is expected that students can expand and deepen their understanding of the relationship between career and self through a series of concept-based counseling activities and career development curriculum design, and promote themselves to make responsible career decisions to maximize the opportunity to create happiness. The participants of this study were 16 ninth-grade students from a junior highschool in Taipei City, and the process was based on the action research method. The research results show that applying the concept-based approach to junior high school career exploration courses not only allows students to better understand their own characteristics and interests, but also allows students to have a deeper exploration and understanding of the careers they choose, and to have more imagination about their future happy life path. After the action researcher, the teacher, conducted the action research, the analysis and conclusions were summarized as follows:1. Concept-based design helps build a new career exploration curriculum framework2. This course can effectively inspire students to actively explore their career direction3. Teachers’ Enhancement of Self-teaching CapacityIn addition to the students' achievements in this action research, teachers' self-reflection and construction of concept-based teaching are also part of their self-growth after conducting the professional practice report. If there are any deficiencies in the final conclusions and suggestions of the action research or the researcher's report, they will be provided for reference by all teaching experts.
