國中專任輔導教師對青少女合意性行為事件之知覺、挑戰與因應研究

dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在討論國中專任輔導教師在處遇青少女合意性行為事件時的知覺、挑戰與因應,遂邀請國內的十位國中專任輔導教師,進行半結構式深度訪談,並以內容分析法進行資料分析。本研究結果如下:國中專任輔導教師知覺促使青少女發生合意性行為的「內在因素」包含「對性的好奇與嘗試」、「生活中缺乏成就感」及「自我價值感不佳」,「外在因素」則包含「親密互動挑起性慾」、「接觸色情資訊」、「在校人際不佳」、「同儕言行的影響」、「家中歸屬感不足」、「家庭照顧者不穩定」及「家庭成員負向示範」;國中專任輔導教師知覺青少女在合意性行為事件的正向感受包含「感覺被愛」及「愉悅且喜歡」,負向感受則包含「擔心」、「罪惡感」、「失望」、「煩躁」、「懷疑」;國中專任輔導教師知覺青少女面對性邀約時的考量包含「怕破壞關係」、「習慣討好與順從」、「被男方的溫柔攻勢打動」;國中專任輔導教師知覺青少女對合意性行為的想法包含「可以維持關係」、「親密關係的正常互動」、「利益交換」、「可以確認關係」、「可以增進關係」、「可以滿足生理需求」;國中專任輔導教師知覺青少女在合意性行為事件中的影響包含「難以融入同儕」、「與男方的關係變差」、「重複發生性行為而受傷」、「自我評價變差」、「親子關係變差」、「性態度變開放」、及「面臨懷孕與墮胎」,而面對負向影響的因應包含「利於度過合意性行為事件的優勢特質」、「有效情緒因應模式」、「有效調適行動」;國中專任輔導教師處遇青少女合意性行為事件的挑戰來自「家長」、「校內系統」、「校外系統」、「與青少女的晤談關係」、「輔導處遇中的能力與策略施展」,而國中專任輔導教師發展出的因應方式包含「與家長建立正向關係」、「協助家長調適情緒」、「協助家長經營親子關係」、「站穩性平調查與輔導分開的立場」、「理解及安撫導師情緒」、「在不挑戰導師既有價值觀的狀態下合作」、「協調社工與青少女的摩擦」及「提供完善資訊給校外系統」、「事先的場構」、「始於通報的關係應放慢步調」、「關係修復需要時間與空間」、「支持陪伴有助於關係修復」、「接受通報的限制」、「發展男性專輔合適的角色定位」、「性平課程可取材自心理測驗、影片」、「讓青少女在性行為前多做後果設想及關係評估」、「增進青少女正向經營感情關係的能力」、「懷孕議題須由系統共同處理」、「不急著達成處遇目標」、「增進自我覺察」、「適時尋求專業支援」、「檢視自身價值觀的客觀性」;國中專任輔導教師在處遇青少女合意性行為事件時的情緒困擾包含「煩躁」、「罪惡」、「擔心」、「心疼」、「被青少女或家長的情緒波及」,而自我調適方式包含「做好心理預備來增加安定感」、「工作與生活的情緒切割」、「進行紓壓活動」及「尋求情緒支持」。最後,依照上述研究結果進行反思,並提供相關建議,讓閱讀者能對發生合意性行為的國中青少女多一些理解,也對於處遇困境提供同理與因應方向。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to discuss the perceptions, challenges, and coping strategies of junior high school counseling teachers when dealing with consensual sexual behavior among female adolescent. Ten junior high school counseling teachers from Taiwan were invited to this research, then participate in semi-structured and in-depth interviews. And, the data analysis was conducted using content analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, the internal factors that contribute to consensual sexual behavior among female adolescent include curiosity and experimentation with sex, lack of achievement in daily life, and low self-worth. The external factors include intimate interactions arousing desire, exposure to explicit content, poor interpersonal relationships at school, influence of peer behavior and speech, lack of belongingness at home, unstable family caregivers, and negative family role models. Second, positive feelings in consensual sexual behavior incidents include feeling loved and experiencing pleasure and enjoyment. Negative feelings include worry, guilt, disappointment, restlessness, and doubt. Third, considerations that female adolescent have when facing sexual invitations include fear of damaging relationships, habit of pleasing and complying, and being charmed by the male's gentle advances. Fourth, female adolescent's thoughts about consensual sexual behavior include maintaining a relationship, normal interaction in an intimate relationship, exchange of benefits, relationship confirmation, relationship enhancement, and meeting physiological needs. Fifth, the impacts of consensual sexual behavior incidents on femlae adolescent include difficulty integrating with peers, deterioration of the relationship with the male partner, repeatedly engaging in sexual behaviorand getting hurt, lowered self-evaluation, worsened parent-child relationships, shift toward more open sexual attitudes, and facing pregnancy or abortion. Then, the coping strategies for negative impacts include strengths for getting through the difficulties, positive emotional coping style and positive adaptive actions. Sixth, challenges faced by junior high school counseling teachers when handling consensual sexual behavior incidents among female adolescent arise from parents, school internal systems, school external systems, consultative relationships with female adolescent, and skills or strategies applied in counseling. Then, coping strategies developed by junior high school counseling teachers include establishing positive relationships with parents, assisting parents in emotional adjustment, providing suggestions for parent-child relationships, insisting on separate from the investigation and counseling, understanding and calming the emotional of teachers, collaborating without challenging the existing values of teachers, mediating conflicts between social workers and adolescent girls, providing comprehensive information to external systems, doing well structuring, slowing down when the relationship was started in mandatory report, giving time and space for repairing consultative relationship, accompanies are contribute to repair consultative relationship, accepting the limitations of the mandatory report, developing appropriate roles for male counseling teachers, utilizing psychological assessments and videos in gender equity education course, encouraging female adolescent to consider consequences and assess relationships before the sexual behavior, enhancing the ability to manage positive couple relationships, dealing with pregnancy issues collaboratively within the system, not rushing to achieve treatment goals, increasing self-awareness, seeking professional support when needed, and examining the objectivity of personal values.Furthermore, junior high school counseling teachers experience emotional distress when dealing with incidents of consensual sexual behavior among female adolescent, which includes restlessness, guilt, worry, heartache, and being affected by the emotions of female adolescent girls or their parents. Then, the coping strategies include being prepared to enhance the sense of stability, segmenting emotions between work and personal life, engaging in stress-relief activities, and seeking emotional support.In conclusion, based on the aforementioned research findings, reflections are provided along with relevant suggestions. This aims to enable readers to better understand junior high school female adolescent involved in consensual sexual behavior and to offer empathy and guidance for handling such challenging situations. | en_US |
