十二年國民基本教育綜合活動領域課程綱要學習重點之研究-以國中童軍科為例

Abstract

本研究旨在探討十二年國民基本教育綜合活動領域課程綱要國中童軍科的學習重點,為正在發展的綜合活動領域課程綱要提供補充參考。本研究透過半結構式訪談與焦點團體訪談二種方式,訪問綜合活動領域的專家學者、非十二年國教綜合活動領域課程綱要研修小組的綜合活動領域地方輔導團童軍專長教師、和現職國中童軍教師各二位,合計共六名。 本研究提出二項結論: 一、十二年國民基本教育綜合活動領域課程綱要國中童軍科學習表現的設定需考量的原則:學習表現的文字敘寫單條內勿涵蓋過多學習結果、課程組織須符合順序性、新領綱修改的部分應加以說明。據此,受訪者建議學習表現修改五條,新增一條。 二、十二年國民基本教育綜合活動領域課程綱要國中童軍科學習表現對應學習內容的選擇需考量的原則:傳統童軍課程在新領綱不宜佔太多的內容、應加入符合社會需求與國際議題的課程內容、應避免列入有實施障礙的課程、學習表現對應學習內容的方式應彈性。據此,學習內容被受訪者建議修改的學習表現共十八條。 依據結論,分別對發展十二年國民基本教育綜合活動領域課程綱要國中童軍科學習重點,及後續研究提出具體建議,為正在發展的新領綱提供補充參考。
The purpose of this study is to research scout education in junior high school that the learning point in curriculum guidelines of Integrative Activities Area in the Twelve-Year Public Education Program. Furthermore, it offers some suggestions to the curriculum guidelines researching team of Integrative Activities Area as well. The researcher interviewed two of Integrative Activities Curriculum’s experts, and two of the scout education teachers from a local Integrative Activities consulting team through semi-structured interviews. Moreover, the researcher interviewed two of the school scout education teachers through focus groups interviewing. There are totally 6 samples in this research. The conclusions are as following: 1.The considerations of the modification of the learning behavior in curriculum guidelines of Integrative Activities Learning Area in the Twelve-Year Public Education Program are “the statements of the learning behavior should not have too much learning goals”, “the curriculum organization should conform to the sequence of the principle”, and “the modified contents in new curriculum guidelines should be explain.” The researcher gathered 3 modified items and a new added item. 2.The considerations of the modification of the learning contents in curriculum guidelines of Integrative Activities Learning Area in the Twelve-Year Public Education Program are “the traditional scout curriculum should not be included too much in new guidelines”, “the global and local new issues should be added in new guidelines”, “the obstacles of curriculum implementation should be avoided”, and “the way that the learning content relates to the learning behavior should be flexible.” The researcher gathered 18 modified items of learning behaviors which the related learning contents were modified. According to the conclusions of this study, the purpose offers references to the curriculum guidelines researching team of Integrative Activities Area. The researcher would advise the development of the learning point in curriculum guidelines of Integrative Activities Area, and further study of the Twelve-Year Public Education Program.
