| dc.description.abstract | 軟式網球在我國為亞運熱門得牌項目,然而近年來針對軟式往前研究大多以技、戰術為主,心理技能訓練方面較為缺乏,然而現今運動場上勝負的關鍵已不再僅有體能、戰術、技術,心理技能的提升也日益被受重視。目的 : 本研究探討PETTLEP意象模式對青少年專注力及發球表現的影響。方法 : 本研究以國高中軟式網球校隊選手為實驗對象,分別招募PETTLEP意象組17人、控制組15人,共32人。PETTLEP意象組進行5周,每周3次,共15次的意象訓練,所得資料以混合設計二因子變異數分析,考驗兩組在專注力和發球表現於前後測的差異。結果 : 統計顯示,兩組的專注力及發球表現皆無顯著提升效果。結論 : PETTLEP意象介入對青少年軟式網球選手在專注力和發球表現無提升效果,建議未來研究可以嘗試倒退式意象,以及加入身體練習,提供個別化的意象指導,並深入探討意象訓練效果是否隨運動經驗不同而有所變化。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Soft tennis is a popular medal-winning event for our country Taiwan in the Asian Games. However, in recent years, most research on soft tennis has focused on techniques and tactics, with relatively limited attention given to psychological skills training. Nevertheless, in today’s competitive sports environment, success is no longer determined solely by physical fitness, tactics, or technical ability—enhancing psychological skills is increasingly recognized as a crucial factor. Purpose: This study aims to investigate the effects of the PETTLEP imagery training on adolescent soft tennis players’ concentration and serving performance. Method: Thirty-two junior and senior high school soft tennis team players were recruited as participants, with 17 assigned to the PETTLEP imagery group and 15 to the control group. The PETTLEP imagery group underwent a 5-week imagery training program, conducted three times per week, for a total of 15 sessions. Data were analyzed using a two-way mixed-design ANOVA to examine the differences in concentration and serving performance between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: The results showed that there were no significant improvements in concentration or serving performance in either group. Conclusion: The PETTLEP imagery intervention did not lead to improvements in concentration or serving performance among adolescent soft tennis players. Future research is recommended to explore the use of retrogressive imagery, incorporate physical practice, provide individualized imagery guidance, and further investigate whether the effectiveness of imagery training varies with athletic experience. | en_US |
