dc.description.abstract本論文利用全像技術之分光原理來設計並製作全像分光元件。首先我們將介紹全像技術之基本原理,接下來利用全像術來製作分光元件,並量測其分光特性。在論文中我們製作出在不同分光角度(60 o、50 o、40 o、30 o、20 o、10 o)以及分光比例為1:1與2:1的分光元件。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this paper, we design and fabricate the holographic beam splitter elements with different splitter angles. First, we introduce the basic principle of holography, and then fabricate the holographic element using commercial hoiographic film. In additio, we also measure the optical properties of the holographic beam splitter, such as the diffracted efficiency and uniformity.en_US
