Abstract
社區發展協會建構社會資本之研究
摘要
本研究旨在探究社區發展協會建構社會資本之研究-以台北市士
林區富洲社區發展協會為例，且以協會的領導者、幹部與協會會員、
志工，作為研究為對象，描述自2006 年至2013 年社區工作者如何在
自1970 至今被禁建的困境中，針對社區需求提供服務，進而建構社
會資本的歷程，藉由自編的調查問卷，針對富洲社區發展協會的會員、
志工，共計實施300 份問卷，回收有效問卷300 份，經統計分析，獲
得如下的結論:
1. 台北市士林區富洲社區發展協會擁有相當好的社會資本，在五點
量表上平均得分皆在4 分以上。
2. 富洲社區綠美化、社區觀光與社區聯誼有助社會資本建構。
3. 富洲社區需要重視社區關懷、參與公共事務與強化幹部能力。
4. 志工和會員雙重身分者比會員對社區更認同與支持社區發展。
本研究對富洲社區發展協會提供如下建議：
1.協會應活化和外部資源的互動關係。
2.協會應培育有能力、有見識、有遠見的社區領導人才。
3.協會應開創社區產業。

Research on Construction of Social Capital by Community Development Association Abstract This study aims on how community development association constructs social capital. We take Fu Chou community development association at Taipei Shihlin district as an example, focusing on the leader, managements, members, and volunteers of the association. Under a difficult situation of the prohibition of construction since 1970s, we describe the process of how community workers provide their services for the community and how they further construct the social capital for the community form year 2006 to 2013. Base on the statistic results of 300 valid questionnaires by members and volunteers of Fu Chou community development association, we conclude as fallow: 1. The social capital of Fu Chou community development association at Taipei Shihlin district is above average, it scores 4 points in the Likert five-point scale. 2. Environmental greenification, sightseeing, and associations between communities by Fu Chou community all contribute to the construction of social capital. 3. Fu Chou community need to focus on community care, participating in public affairs, and strengthening the abilities of managements. 4. Those being both members and volunteers are more willing to approve and support the community development than those being just members. We provide advices to take Fu Chou community development association as follow: 1. The association should improve the interaction with the external resources. 2. The association should provide trainings for leaders with capability, knowledge, and vision. 3. The association should initiate a new community industry. Key words: community, social capital.
