高職電影電視科輪調式建教合作之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討高職電影電視科輪調式建教合作教育改進意見,並依據研究結論提出具體建議,以做為高職電影電視科輪調式建教合作教育改進之參考。
本研究所使用之研究工具係採用自編「高職電影電視科輪調式建教合作教育學生問卷」、「高職電影電視科輪調式建教合作教育學校問卷」及「高職美容科輪調式建教合作教育職場問卷」為工具,調查九十五學年度以來就讀電影電視科輪調式建教合作班之學生,與國內有參與辦理高職電影電視科輪調式建教合作之學校人員及其合作職場。資料分析採百分比、交叉分析與平均數分析。經由問卷調查資料分析加以歸納綜合分析後,根據處理結果,提出建議如下:
一、目前建教合作相關法規均依據早期工業類科之產業背景所訂定。法規應配合產業特性變遷作彈性調整,以符實際需要。
二、目前電影電視科輪調式建教合作,考量職場在進行專業技術訓練之效益、工作崗位之彈性安排,技術生進用比例建議調降為三比一。
三、建議教育行政單位定期辦理建教合作業務人員的輔導研習,及學校與職場之輔導研習。
四、建議教育行政機關、學校與職場共同討論訂定技術生薪資彈性支給標準。
五、學校在規劃教學課程與內容時,與能和技術生在職場習得的專業技術結合。
六、學校應辦理教師赴企業研習活動,讓教師習得最新的知識。
七、職場與學校進行輪調式建教合作需透過全體員工共同努力,達成建教合作教育目標。
本研究依據建議提供給行政機關、學校及建教合作職場參考,法規應協助為電影電視科輪調式建教合作做制度之調整,以保障學生的權益,也讓此領域之專業人才培育能夠永續進行。
The purpose of the study was designed to investigate the improvements on the rotating cooperative education of Movie and Television Department in vocational high school, and make specific recommendations based on research findings, as improvements for educational reference. This study designed three different questionnaires for students, schools, and company, to investigate those students since Ninety-five academic year studying in Movie and Television Department of rotating cooperative education classes, vocational and domestic participation, Movie and Television Bureau to handle the rotating cooperative education school personnel and cooperation in the workplace. This study use percentage mining data analysis, cross-analysis and mean analysis to analyze the data. According to the results, the following recommendations: (1)The current cooperative education’s regulations are based on industry background Changes in laws and regulations should be made with the characteristics of the industry flexibility to adjust in order to meet actual needs. (2) The technical proposal to cut the proportion of students into the use of three to one. (3)Recommended educational authorities regularly handle learning cooperative education counseling services personnel, and school counseling and career of studying. (4) The proposed educational authorities, schools and the workplace to discuss setting flexible standards for students’ payroll. (5)Schools in the planning of curriculum and content, and raw energy and technology in the workplace, combined with the acquisition of expertise. (6)Teachers to schools should handle corporate learning activities, acquisition of new knowledge for teachers. (7)The workplace and schools runsrotating cooperative education needs through the joint efforts of all staff, to achieve educational goals. This study was based on the recommendations provided to the administrative offices, schools and cooperative education’s workplace regulations should help to make adjustments to the system of Movie and Television Department rotating cooperative education, in order to protect the rights of the students, to make this education system continue.
