Abstract

本研究目的在了解台灣地區國中學生的健康促進生活型態與生活品質現況,並探討兩者間的關係。採比率機率抽樣法,以自填問卷進行資料收集,共得有效樣本1799人(有效回收率94.1%)。所得資料以單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸分析進行分析,重要結果如下: 一、研究對象的健康促進生活型態屬中等以上程度(138.51分/200分),其六分量表由高至低為社會支持、生命欣賞、營養行為、壓力處置、運動行為和健康責任。 二、研究對象的生活品質屬中等以上程度(80.94分/120分),六分量表由高至低為情緒狀況、交友狀況、家庭狀況、身體狀況、自尊和學校狀況。 三、研究對象的年級、父親及母親教育程度之不同在健康促進生活型態上有顯著差異。 四、研究對象的年級、性別、父親及母親教育程度之不同在生活品質上有顯著差異。 五、研究對象的健康促進生活型態及其六分量表與生活品質呈正相關,且分別解釋生活品質36.8%和40.9%的變異量,並具有預測力。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of health promoting lifestyle and quality of life among middle school students in Taiwan, and to examine the relationship between the two variables. By using probability-proportionate to size sampling method, the survey was completed by fulfilling the self-reported questionnaire, and the number of effective survey was 1799. The data was analyzed by one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The level of halth promoting lifestyle status was above average. Among the six subscales, the highest was social support, followed by life appreciation,nutritional behavior, stress management, exercise behavior and health responsibility. 2. The level of quality of life status was above average. Among the six subscales, the highest was emotional well-being, friends, family, physical well-being, self-esteem, and school. 3. The result indicated that these following factors did show significant differences in halth promoting lifestyle: the grade, father education and mother education. 4. The result indicated that these following factors did show significant differences in quality of life: the grade, gender, father education and mother education. 5. Health promoting lifestyle and the six subscales were positively correlated with quality of life. Health promoting lifestyle and the six subscales were the predictive factors of quality of life.
