台北縣國小班級導師對學校衛生工作認知態度及執行程度之研究

Abstract
摘要
本研究旨在瞭解國小導師對學校衛生工作的認知、態度與執行程度,以九十三學年度台北縣公立國小普通班導師為母群體,依分層系統抽樣法抽取樣本.並以自填式結構問卷進行調查,得有效樣本382名,研究主要發現分述如下:
1. 八成的國小導師從未曾修過健康及衛生相關學分,九十三學年度雖有七成六的導師參加過健康相關研習,但平圴次數只有約2次。
2. 導師對學校衛生的認知程度以物質環境的認知最好,健康教學次之,社區關係最差。整體而言,導師對於上級規定的或一般性事務的認知較好;而需要專業知識方面(如傳染病通報、學生傷病觀察與處理、發現學習障礙等)則較差。
3. 年齡愈大、年資愈高、任教健康教育課程及女性導師者,其對學校衛生工作的認知也愈好。
4. 在學校衛生工作的態度方面,導師對社會環境最為重視;健康教學次之;對社區關係的運用最不重視。
5. 任教健康教育課程及女性導師者對學校衛生工作的態度也愈正向。
6. 學校衛生工作執行程度最好的是健康服務,物質環境次之,而以社區關係的執行程度最差。
7. 年齡愈大、年資愈高、任健康教育課程、曾參加研習課程及女性導師者對學校衛生工作的執行程度較好。
8. 導師在學校衛生工作上面臨的障礙主要以缺乏專業知識與訓練為主,其次是缺乏專業人士或家長志工的支援、缺乏教學設備及課務繁忙,有時間等。
Abstract The purpose of the study was to investigate that the elementary school teacher’s cognition and attitude and implementation of school health programs in Taipei county.The subjectswere sampled by systematic sampling and the data were collected through a self-administrated questionnaire. The valid samples were 382.And the major finding were as follows: 1. There were 80% of the class teachers had never got any credit in health sciences programs;although 76% of them had participated some health programs,but only about twice a year.. 2. The best of class teacher’s cognition about school health programs was physical environment,the health instruction was next,and the community relationship was the worst. 3. The teachers who were older,senior of teaching,teaching the health and those who were female,were related to higher score of the cognition of school health. 4. The class teachers’ attitude toward school health were that the social environment was the most important and the community relationship was the lest important. 5. Those who were teaching the health and who were female were the more positive attitude toward the school health. 6. The implementation of school health programs,the school health service was the best,and the physical environment was the second,and the community relationship was the worst. 7. The teachers who were older,senior of teaching,teaching the health,.having participated some health program and female,had higher score of the implementation of school health programs. 8. The class teachers’ major berriers in school health programs were short of tranning, professional knowledge, parents support and teaching materials.
