我國國際技能競賽汽車板金職類選手生涯發展之質性研究

Abstract

本研究旨在瞭解我國際國際技能競賽汽車板金職類選手之生涯歷程、生涯規劃以及對我國技能競賽國手進路輔導的看法與建議，以第32屆(1993)至第43屆(2015)國際技能競賽汽車板金職類選手為研究對象，採質性研究方法進行研究並以半結構式訪談方式蒐集所需資訊。研究結果發現：在生涯歷程方面，雖然研究參與者從啟蒙到踏上選手之路，以及後續升學及就業過程幾乎有些相近，但仍然有不同的發展面向及過程，而這些不同之處造就他們獨特的個體，也呈現出各自的生涯發展歷程。在生涯規劃方面，大多研究參與者沒有仔細思考未來目標及進行生涯規劃，當老師的國手希望能持續到退休而在車廠服務者都希望自己在中高齡後能擔任學校或企業的技術講師。對於我國技能競賽國手進路輔導看法與建議，有過半數的研究參與者則認為國家應該協助國手後續升學及就業的發展，但也有近半數的研究參與者認為個人生涯發展不需要依賴政府，雖然也期待國家能協助國手後續進路輔導，但個人未來的生涯發展還是要靠自己努力。在技能競賽獎勵部分，大多國手期望能提升參與技能競賽的獎勵誘因，包含提升獎金以及對未來發展的保障等，以激勵更多優秀學子投入技職領域，培養更多產業所需人才。

This was a qualitative research that aims to discuss some relevant issues regarding career development and management of Taiwan Worldskills Autobody Repair contestants, also to understand their views of our government’s policy on WorldSkills contestant’s counseling and guidance. The target research participants were Taiwan Worldskills Autobody Repair contestants from the 32nd (1993) to the 43rd (2015) Worldskills Competitions and the study wascompleted by collecting information throughout semi-structured interview. After analyzed the collected data, this research concluded as follow: regards to career development, different experiences created each unique individual and that contributed to his own career development. As for career planning, most of them hope to become a teacher or a trainer. With regard to their opinion on Taiwan government’s policy of WorldSkills contestant’s counseling and guidance, while some of the research participants suggesting our government to take care of their career development, there are others tend to believe themselves in developing their own career.
