dc.description.abstract目的在探討瑜伽運動對高職中重度智能障礙學生健康體適能之影響,採單組前、後測實驗設計,以某特殊教育學校 15 名高職部中重度智能障礙學生為對象,接受為期 12 週、每週 2 次、每次 50 分鐘之瑜伽運動課程。測驗後所得資料以SPSS for windows 23 版進行統計,以成對樣本 t 檢定考驗健康體適能各項測驗之前、後測有無差異。結果顯示中重度智能障礙學生身體組成之改變達顯著差異、肌肉適能之改善具顯著差異、柔軟zh_tw
dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to discuss the effects of yoga on health-related physical fitness of the moderately and severely intellectually disabled students in a vocational high school. The study adopted a one-group pretest-posttest design, and studied 15 students withmoderate to severe intellectual disabilities in a special education school. The group took the yoga program for 12 weeks, twice a week, for 50 minutes each time. The statistics were collected by use of the SPSS for Windows 23 version and were examined to find out if the physical fitness levels between pre- and post-tests had significant differences as evaluated through a paired-sample t test. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. Body composition of students with moderate and severe intellectual disabilitywere found to be significantly improved. 2. Muscular fitness of students with moderate and severe intellectual disability were found to be significantly improved. 3. Flexibility of students with moderate and severe intellectual disability were found to be significantly improved 4. Cardiovascular fitness of students with moderate and severe intellectual disability were found to be significantly improved. Therefore, the study concluded that the yoga exercises have positively improved physical fitness for the moderately and severely intellectually disabled students in the vocational school.en_US
