Abstract

隨著經濟時代的來臨,企業組織競爭的基礎已經朝向重視知和其他智慧資產的管理以降低成本,因應全球化經濟的來臨以及知識本質的變革,知識領域將成為組織效能的基礎。近年來資訊與知密集的電子商務產業快速成長,電子商務企業擁有數量與來源眾多目難以管理的各類電子形成資訊資源,因此,電子商務企業組織成員之資訊使用行為是很值得探討的研究議題。 本研究以具有相當規模具業界知名的電子商企業為研對象,以自然探究法為取向進行研究,兼採文獻分析法、深度訪談法、文件分析法,與問卷法等多元研究方法,蒐集民國90年10月至民國91年5月之實證研究資料,以探索電子商務企業組織成員之資訊使用行為。主要研究問題有四:(1)電子商務企業組織成蒐集與取得的各式資訊資源類型與其特徵為何?(2)電子商務業組織成員資訊運用的模式為何?(3)電子商務企業組織成員蒐集資訊時所面臨的困難類型為何?(4)電子商務企業組織成員評估資訊的準則為何? 本文就此研究分析繳納結果,對於電子商務企業組織成員的資訊使用行為有如下之發現:(1)電子商務企業組織成員所扮演的角色兼具資訊生產者以及資訊消費者等多重角色。電子形式的資訊資源為其組織成員最重要的資訊來源;(2)電子商務企業組織成員運用資訊的模式與用途包括意義建構、知識創造,與制訂決策等三種用途;(3)電子商務企業組織成蒐集資訊時所面臨的困難類型包括資訊所在位置非常分散、內部資訊系統功能不足、資訊過多難以過濾、語言障礙,與無資訊來源等五種類型;(4)電子商務企業組織成據以評估資訊價值之估準則受到其工作任要求之影響,首重實用性,其次為正確性、時效性、完整性、取得便利性,與其他等。本文最後就研究結果對電子商務企業資訊服單位之資訊服務規劃提出具體建議。
Along with the coming knowledge economy age, the basis of the business competition already changes to pay attention to the management of knowledge and other intellectual properties to reduce cost. Responding to the coming of global economy and the reforms of knowledge nature, knowledge and other intellectual properties have already become the main factor for an organization to keep its competition advantage. In recent years, the information-intensive and knowledge-intensive industry, E-Commerce, is getting more and more prosperous; this kind of industry own various, numerous but scatted electronic information resources, therefore, its employees’ information use behavior are very worthwhile to study. This study employed case study techniques to investigate a famous and representative EC company employees’ information use behavior through multiple methods in order to propose some suggestions for those who plan providing information service in an EC company. Open-question questionnaire, document analysis, and in-depth interview followed by a semi-structured interview guide, were employed respectively. The period of data collection was from October 2001 to May 2002, and the main research topics are: 1. the types and characteristics of information resources that the EC company employees collect; 2. the model how the EC company employees make use of information; 3. the types of problems that the EC company employees confront when they gather information; 4. the evaluation criteria the EC company employees use to evaluate information. The research results show that: 1. The EC company employees play several roles in their jobs, including information producer and information consumer. The most important information resources for those EC company employees are electronic information resources. 2.
