理想伴侶期待差距、衝突因應方式與愛情關係滿意度關聯之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討理想伴侶期待差距、衝突因應方式與愛情關係滿意度狀況、相關性與解釋情形，不同背景變項的成年男女愛情關係滿意度差異情形。本研究採問卷調查法，以成年男女為對象，共收集466份有效問卷，以「理想伴侶期待差距量表」、「衝突因應量表」、「愛情關係滿意度」為研究工具，使用SPSS 26.0統計套裝軟體進行獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、多元線性迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析處理，研究結果如下：一、不同婚配狀況的成年男女在愛情關係滿意度上具顯著差異。二、不同年齡的成年男女在愛情關係滿意度上具顯著差異。三、理想伴侶期待差距與衝突因應方式能解釋愛情關係滿意度。四、理想伴侶差距中「溫暖親和」、「可信」、「吸引力」能正向解釋愛情關係滿意度。五、衝突因應方式中「表明」能正向解釋愛情關係滿意度，「忽視」、「離開」能負向解釋愛情關係滿意度。本研究機於上述研究結果，分別針對成年男女、諮商與輔導教育工作者、未來研究提出建議，以利參考。

The aim of this study was to explore the current status, correlation, and predictive factors of the expectation of ideal partner discrepancy, conflict coping strategies, and love relationship satisfaction. Additionally, it aimed to examine the differences in relationship satisfaction among adult men and women with different background variables. To understand the research objectives, a questionnaire survey was conducted among adult men and women, and a total of 466 valid responses were collected. The research instruments used were the"Expectation of Ideal Partner Discrepancy Scale," "Conflict Coping Strategies Scale," and "Love Relationship Satisfaction Scale." Statistical methods such as independent sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed using the SPSS statistical software package. The research findings are as follows: (1) There were significant differences in love relationship satisfaction among adult men and women with different marital statuses; (2) There were significant differences in love relationship satisfaction among adult men and women of different ages; (3) The expectation of ideal partner discrepancy and conflict coping strategies were able to predict love relationship satisfaction; (4) Within the expectation of ideal partner discrepancy,"warmth and friendliness," "trustworthiness," and "attraction" positively predicted love relationship satisfaction; (5) Among conflict coping strategies, "assertiveness" positively predicted love relationship satisfaction, while "avoidance" and "withdrawal" negatively predicted love relationship satisfaction. Based on the research findings, this study provides suggestions for adult men and women, counseling and guidance professionals, and future research to serve as a reference.
