運用臺灣後期中等教育長期追蹤資料庫分析技術型高中學生課外學習經驗、自我效能對個人軟實力之影響

dc.description.abstract軟實力是學生的重要就業力,為先進國家業界、教育及職業訓練所重視的關鍵能力,近年來國內教育改革也將溝通表達、團隊合作及創新創意等軟實力的培養視為重要的教育目標。本研究旨在探討現今的技術型高中學生課外學習經驗、自我效能對個人軟實力的影響,並以結構方程式模式進行驗證。本研究運用次級資料分析法,以「臺灣後期中等教育長期追蹤資料庫」為研究工具,選取103學年度高二之技術型高中學生為對象進行分析。 研究者從資料庫取得的母群樣本中進行簡單隨機抽樣900人作為本研究樣本,並以變異數同質性檢定及卡方考驗,確定樣本與母群間在重要的背景變項上無顯著差異。研究結論發現:一、技術型高中學生課外學習經驗偏少,對自我效能及個人軟實力的自評程度為中等偏高;二、技術型高中學生課外學習經驗、自我效能與個人軟實力間具有正向影響;三、課外學習經驗會透過自我效能對個人軟實力產生正向影響;四、技術型高中學生課外學習經驗、自我效能與個人軟實力之影響關係模式適配度達到標準。最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議,供技術型高中學校、教師、學生及教育行政機關與未來研究之參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractSoft power, which is a key capability in industries, education, and vocational training in developed countries, is an important employment force for students. Therefore, domestic education reform has attached great importance to the training of soft power in recent years. This study aimed at investigating the effects of extracurricular learning experience and self-efficacy on personal soft power in vocational high schools’ students, by which structural equation mode is verified. The study employs secondary data analysis method, and use Taiwan Upper Secondary Database as the research tool to regard vocational high schools’ students in 2014 academic year calendar as research subjects. In order to analysis the research, a total of 900 samples are randomly selected from the sample of the target group. The test of homogeneity and Chi-square are used to assure that no difference exist between two samples. The conclusion of this study are: First, extra-curricular learning experiences are less in vocational high school students, but the self-efficacy is moderately high. Second, positive impact lies in the relationship between extra-curriculum experiences, self-efficacy, and personal soft power. Third, the impact of personal soft power is positive given by extra-curriculum experiences through self-efficacy. Fourth, the impact relationship between extra-curriculum experiences, self-efficacy, and personal soft power coexist well with each other. As a result, the reliable suggestions from this study are proposed as references for schools, teachers, students, and future researchers.en_US
