dc.description.abstract本文為一篇演講稿，經簡要整理提供為參考。文中共分四：(一)資優生的特徵 (二)教育的兩重點：專注、堅持(三)資優教育的方式：加深、加廣、加速(四)對家長 的建議：(1)讓小孩受種種磨練，給予失敗的經驗(2)每個小孩都是優秀的(3)不要讓小 孩受到干擾，更不要揠苗助長(4)智力測驗只是測個大概，不必太在意(5)學校及家庭 不要過於干涉(6)注意小孩的心理建設。zh_tw
