網路短視頻在中國發展之研究─以創新傳佈理論探討

Abstract
近幾年來，隨著與5G網際網路數位科技發展快速及網路媒體日益進步，加上受到新冠肺炎（COVID-19）疫情的影響，使得民眾加深對網路的依賴，帶動網路短視頻產業的蓬勃發展，隨著短視頻全民普及，短視頻的發展方興未艾，網路短視頻也逐漸成為主流傳播渠道的代表。本研究主要聚焦網路短視頻在中國發展之研究，並透過創新傳佈理論與相關文獻分析，再與短視頻相關領域的專業人士進行深度訪談，希望藉以了解目前中國網路短視頻在中國的發展特點與未來發展趨勢的相關問題進行探究。研究結果顯示，網路短視頻所具有的特點都為短視頻在現代媒體環境中擁有獨特的優勢，且能夠不斷創造新的內容類型並藉以擴大影響與傳播範圍。再者，5G網際網路技術的進步為短視頻的發展及應用提供穩定傳輸的支持，同時加速短視頻傳播及觀看的順暢度和流暢度，進而大幅地推動了短視頻產業的快速發展，使其逐漸成為具有互動性、即時性、參與性、多元性、豐富性及娛樂性多功能為一體的綜合性平台。
In recent years, with the rapid development of digital technology with 5G Internet and the increasing advancement of online media, coupled with the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, people have become more dependent on the Internet and driven the booming development of the online short video industry. With the popularity of short video, the development of short video is on the ascendant, and online short video has gradually become the representative of mainstream communication channels.This study mainly focuses on the development of online short videos in China. Through analyzing the diffusion of innovations theory and related literature, and in-depth interviews with professionals in the short video field, we hope to investigate the issues related to the current development characteristics and future development trends of online short video in China. The research results show that short online videos are characterized by the unique advantages of short videos in the modernmedia environment, which can continuously create new content and genres and expand their influence and dissemination power.In addition, the advancement of 5G Internet technology provides stable transmission support for the development and application of short videos, accelerating the fluidity and fluidity of short video dissemination and viewing, which in turn dramatically facilitates the rapid development of the short video industry, making it gradually become a comprehensive platform with interactivity, real-time, participation, diversity, richness, and entertainment.
