zh_TW
The purpose of this study is to explore the current status of health literacy and resilience among senior elementary school student in Taiwan, and to analyze the relationship between students' health literacy and resilience. The participants in this study are selected from fifth and sixth grade students in the northern, middle and southern of Taiwan through convenience sampling. Data was collected using a self-designed structured questionnaire, and various statistical analyses were conducted using the SPSS statistical software package. The main results of this study are as follows: 1. The overall health literacy performance of senior elementary school students is well. 2. The overall resilience performance of senior elementary school students is well.3. There are no significant differences in the overall health literacy performance of students based on background variables, except that 10-year-old students perform better in the"Positive Interpersonal Interaction" sub-dimension (p<.05). 4. There are no significant differences in the overall resilience performance of students based on background variables. However, in the resilience scale, male students perform better in the "Hope and Optimism" sub-dimension (p<.05), and 10-year-old students perform better in the "Emotional Regulation" sub-dimension (p<.05). 5. There is a significant positive correlation between health literacy and resilience among upper elementary school students. 6. Background variables and health literacy can effectively predict the resilience of upper elementary school students. Based on the research findings, it is recommended that future educational practices include the development of curricula aimed at enhancing positive interpersonal interactions and emotional regulation. This will help mitigate the decline in students' performance in these areas as they age. Additionally, it is suggested to promote parent-child co-learning health education activities, strengthen collaboration and interaction between schools and families, and provide necessary assistance and support to students in need. These efforts aim to improve students' health literacy and resilience.en_US
