一位國中主任在輔導工作推動之敘說探究

Abstract

本研究採用敘說研究方法,研究者本身即為研究對象,以信件、大事紀、得獎資料、文章發表、email及官方文件之文件分析,研究者以自己所關注的重要輔導工作,透過關注經驗、訴說經驗、分析經驗、閱讀經驗的過程,探索及回顧生命經驗歷程,包含推動生涯發展教育之適性輔導與個案輔導的工作內容、推動的方式與碰到的困境及因應,在性別平等教育之性平事件中碰到的困境與領悟。並對這三種重要輔導工作提出建議及對自我生命經驗進行反思。本研究以「整體-內容」與「整體-形式」敘說分析結論。探索自己從2013年迄今擔任輔導主任期間推動輔導工作,以WISER生態系統模式在生涯發展教育之適性輔導、個案輔導的應用及性平事件經歷的結果,研究發現在2013-2015年期間推動的輔導工作為「冒險犯難、樂於分享」,屬於「進化的敘事」;在2016-2018年期間的輔導工作為「堅持走對的路」屬於「退化的敘事」;在2019-2020年期間推動的輔導工作則有「依法行政、勇於承擔」,此時可說是我輔導工作推動之「生命的高峰點」;在2021迄今則為「樂天知命、順心而為」屬於「穩定的敘事」故事。敘說研究至尾聲,對讀者提出建議,發現運用WISER2.0生態系統模式在生涯發展教育、個案輔導工作值得推廣;面對性平事件的執行必須依法行政,熟知法令的運作與修訂;研究者透過生命經驗的敘說,對輔導工作在自我生命的價值有更深一層的重新理解與省思。
This study adopts a narrative methodology, whereby the researcher is the subject of the study. By analyzing correspondences, chronology of events, award information, papers published, e-mails and official correspondences, the researcher turns her focus onto important counseling work. In the processes of focusing, narrating, analyzing and reading experiences, the researcher explores and reviews her life experience and journey in three major areas, including the promotion of adaptive counseling in life development education; work content, methodology of promotion and setbacks encountered and the corresponding responses for individual counseling cases; and setbacks and apperception in gender equality incidents and education. Furthermore, the researcher has also proposed recommendations and performed reflections on her own life experiences.This study adopts the narrative of “comprehensiveness -content” and “comprehensiveness -form” to analyze and draw conclusions. The counseling work during the period since taking up the post as the director of counseling in 2013 is explored. The ecosystem model—Wiser 2.0, is applied to develop adaptive guidance, case counseling applications and the results of gender equality events and experiences in career development education. It has been found that from 2013 to 2015, the counseling work promoted include: “taking risks to overcome obstacles and willingness to share,” which falls under the “progressive narrative; from the period of 2016 to 2018, the counseling work involves “insisting on taking the right path,” which is under the “regressive narrative;” from the period of 2019 to 2020, the counseling work includes “administering affairs in accordance with the law and bravely assuming responsibilities.” This time marks the peak of the counseling work promotion in my life; from 2021 to date, “rest content and go with the heart” is the “steady narrative” story.Toward the end of this study, the researcher proposes recommendations to readers and finds that the ecosystem model, Wiser 2.0 is worth promoting in areas of life development education and individual counseling cases. In the face of gender equality incidents, the counselor conduct must be administered in line with the law and regulations. Therefore, the counselor must be familiar with regulations in effect and informed of regulatory amendments. Via the narration of life experiences, the researcher gathers a deeper layer of renewed understanding and performs reflection on the value of life in the undertaking of counseling work.
