第二型糖尿病病人之低升糖飲食行為及其相關因素研究~以新竹市某教學醫院病患為例

Abstract

本研究旨在探討第二型糖尿病病人低升糖飲食認知、態度、行為及自我效能的關係。研究對象為新竹某教學醫院糖尿病共同照護收案的第二型糖尿病門診病人,完成收案數為166人。 研究結果顯示:低升糖飲食認知題的平均答對率約為67%,態度趨於正向,行為題約57%達到平均32.2±6.66以上,在全穀類攝取的攝取頻率、份量及種類之行為最需加強。態度、自我效能、職業及自我血糖監測,可解釋低升糖飲食攝取行為總變異量之11.3%。 有運動習慣者,其AC控制較佳是不運動者的1.181倍;罹患糖尿病時間愈長、無依照醫囑規律用藥的,其糖化血色素控制(HbA1C)情形較不佳且藥物遵從度對於糖化血色素控制佳的預測力增加12.5%。由此可知,態度愈正向,自我效能高,有工作及有進行血糖監測者,其低升糖飲食行為較佳,加上規律運動及用藥,有助於AC及HbA1C的血糖控制。
The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of the predictors of low glycemic intaking behavior predictors of blood sugar control of with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. The research toolisa questionnaire for knowledge, attitude, behavior and self-efficacy of low glycemic index diets. The received cases are 166 with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients for Diabetes Shared Care System of a teaching hospital in Hsinchu. The results show averagecorrect response ratewith knowledge questions of low glycemic index dietswas 67%, attitude tended to be positive, The averagescore of behavior questions was32.2 ± 6.66, aspect the whole grains intaking, need to increase frequency, amount and kinds of whole grains.The important predictor of the behavior with low glycemic index diets were attitudes andself-efficacy, the totalexplainedvariance is 11.3%, career andself-monitoring of blood glucose inthestudycharacteristics were alsopredictivevariables. The fasting glucose of study cases have habits of exercise were better than non-exercise. Patients of HbA1C poor control with duration of Diabetes Mellitus longer, and take drugs irregular. Thus, the attitude recovers forward, and high scores ofself-efficacy, has the work and has carries on the blood sugar monitor, it rises the sugar eating behavior to be good lowly, in addition the regular exercise and take medication, conducives toward favor AC and the HbA1C blood sugar control.
