Due to the fact that employees’ job training satisfaction and their learning motivation for the work are receiving more attention, the objective of this study is to explore the relationships among the three variables: managerial support as independent variable, employees’ learning motivation as mediator, and employees’ job training satisfaction as dependent variable. This research adopted quantitative research method with an online self-reported questionnaire as research instrument and employed convenience and snowball sampling approaches to collect data. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 23.0 software then results were interpreted afterward. The statistical techniques employed include descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation, simple linear regression, and hierarchical regression analysis. This study found that the three variables were all strongly correlated to each other and employees’ learning motivation did partially mediate the relationship between managerial support and job training satisfaction. The practical implications derived from the findings of this research may help organizations improve the effectiveness of job training program and indirectly influence employees’ job performance.en_US
