Abstract
以含有0.6、63、126、252ppm鍺(添加二氧化鍺配製)等不同濃度之太空包栽培赤芝,結果所生長的赤芝中之鍺含量分別為2.1, 45.2, 82.3, 116.8ppm。由含有82.3ppm鍺之赤芝,經95%乙醇回流萃取後,以矽藻土管柱層析法分離2次,獲得含有21,739.8ppm鍺之部分。
Cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum in 4 kinds of PP bags each of which con-tained 0.6, 63, 126 and 252 ppm germanium. The grown up G. lucidum fruit body contained 2.1, 45.2, 82.3 and 116.8 ppm germanium. The fruit body which con-tained 82.3 ppm germanium was extracted with 95% ethanol and separated with kieselguhr column chromatography twice and the part containing 21,739.9 ppm germanium was obtained.
