zh_TW
With the rapid development of technology and the global trend of digitalization, digital transformation has become an inevitable challenge across all industries. Driven by emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and cloud computing, organizations are actively adopting digital solutions to improve operational efficiency, enhance competitiveness, and respond to changing market demands and user behaviors. This transformation also extends to public services and education, where the preservation and dissemination of sports knowledge face new opportunities and challenges. The Sports Dictionary has served as a key professional knowledge platform in Taiwan’s sports field. Since its initial print publication, it has integrated the efforts of many scholars and covered diverse topics such as sports science, pedagogy, and competition systems. Supported by the Sports Administration’s long-term “Sports Terminology Optimization and Management Project,” the dictionary has undergone gradual digital transformation since the 2010s, continually improving content quality and search efficiency through system upgrades and user feedback. In 2024, the platform was merged into the Ministry of Education’s language resource website “LexWord.” However, this integration simplified the system, removed key interactive features, and raised concerns among long-term users and contributors. This shift highlights how digital transformation involves not only technical change but also affects user experience, institutional continuity, and knowledge value. This study adopts qualitative research through document analysis, using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explore user perceptions of the platform. PEST and SWOT analyses are also applied to assess structural factors and future development potential within the policy integration context.en_US
