dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討臺北市立國民中學兼任輔導行政職務教師的工作壓力與工作滿意度現況,探討不同背景變項與不同構面上的差異情形。並且分析不同背景變項臺北市立國民中學兼任輔導行政職務教師工作壓力與工作滿意度的情況。 本研究以101學年度擔任臺北市立國民中學兼任輔導行政職務教師為研究對象,採用問卷調查法,實施普查,共發出147份問卷,回收有效問卷共141份,有效回收率為95.92%。根據實際所得資料以SPSS for Windows統計套裝軟體進行統計分析,資料分析以描述統計、皮爾遜積差相關等進行資料處理分析與驗證。本研究實證結果發現: 1. 臺北市立國民中學兼任輔導行政職務教師,工作壓力以「行政負荷」、「專業知能」構面呈現高程度;以「上級要求」、「角色期待」構面呈現低程度。 2. 臺北市立國民中學兼任輔導行政職務教師,工作滿意度以「行政領導」、「人際關係」構面呈現高程度;以「薪資福利」構面呈現低程度。 3. 臺北市立國民中學兼任輔導行政職務教師於不同背景變項工作壓力有差異。 4. 臺北市立國民中學兼任輔導行政職務教師於不同背景變項工作滿意度有差異。 5. 工作壓力與工作滿意度呈現負相關 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to explore the job stress and job satisfaction of teachers wih administrative counseling position in Taipei municipal junior high schools, investigated the differences between the two under different background variables and dimensions and analyzed the job stress and job satisfaction of teachers wih administrative counseling position in Taipei municipal junior high schools under different background variables. The study targeted teachers wih administrative counseling position in Taipei municipal junior high schools in 2012 and implemented the census by questionnaires. 147 questionnaires were issued and 141 valid questionnaires were collected, with the recovery rate being 95.92%. By statistical analysis of the data collected actually using SPSS for Windows Statistical Software, the study conducted the analysis and verification on data through descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation. The empirical results were shown as follows: 1. The job stress in terms of “administrative burden” and “professional knowledge” for teachers wih administrative counseling position in Taipei municipal junior high schools presented a high degree; that in terms of “superior request” and “role expectations” presented a low degree. 2. The job satisfaction in terms of “wages and benefits” and “professional background” for teachers wih administrative counseling position in Taipei municipal junior high schools presented a low degree; that in terms of “administrative leadership” and “human relationships” presented a high degree. 3. The overall job stress of teachers wih administrative counseling position in Taipei municipal junior high schools differed due to different background variables. 4. The overall job satisfaction of teachers wih administrative counseling position in Taipei municipal junior high schools differed due to different background variables. 5. Job stress and job satisfaction were negatively correlated. | en_US |
