館校合作中的第三機構參與—以【MED #161時光保物】展為例

Abstract
近年來,博物館與學校之外的「第三機構」參與「館校合作」的積極作用逐漸顯現。本研究以北師美術館與新板藝廊合作規劃的【MED#161時光保物】系列展為例,通過半結構式訪談、參與式觀察等方式蒐集資料,探討館校合作中第三機構的作用,以及如何建立穩定的合作關係。
研究發現:(一)第三機構作為教育基地,是學習體驗、成果展示與支援的空間;(二)豐富館校合作的教育資源;(三)擴展了館校合作影響的地理與年齡範圍,並延伸了合作學校師生之課程內容。
此外,建立長期穩定的合作夥伴關係可以從以下幾個方面著手:(一)明確了解各自的需求,並在職責分工、階段性目標與合作未來走向等方面取得共識;(二)通過計劃制定、簽訂合作協定、確定各方聯絡人、定期召開會議、共建交流平台等方式,建立及時有效的溝通;(三)通過機構間資源整合與專業互相協助,不僅助於各方取長補短、學習成長,形成良好的互動關係,也有利於行銷宣傳。
In recent years, the positive role of "third institute" besides museums and schools participating in the "museum-school collaboration” has gradually emerged. It's a case of the “MED #161 TOUCH and TIME ", which organized by the MoNTUE museum and the New Taipei gallery. This research takes qualitative case study, semi-structured interviews and participative observation to explore the effect of the third institute in " the museum-school collaboration ", and how to establish a stable partnership. The research found that: (1) The third institute, as an education base, is a space for learning experiences, achievements display and support; (2) enriching the educational resources for the museum-school collaboration; (3) expanding the geographical and age range affected by the museum-school collaboration, and extending the curriculum content of the teachers and students of the cooperative school. In addition, establishing a long-term and stable partnership can start from the following aspects:(1) clearly understanding their respective needs, and achieving consensus on the division of responsibilities, milestones, and future direction of cooperation; (2) Establishing timely and effective communication through formulating plans, signing cooperation agreements, identifying liaisons, holding regular meetings, and building communication platforms; (3) Through inter-agency resource integration and professional mutual assistance, it not only helps the parties to learn from each other's strengths, grow together, form good interactions, but also facilitates marketing and publicity
