遊客對宜蘭縣冬山鄉休閒農業區生態系服務環境識覺之探討

Abstract

近年來，台灣休閒農業區快速發展，然而有關遊客對於休閒農業區的生態系服務認知相關研究較少，因此，本研究以宜蘭縣冬山鄉的中山、梅花湖、大進休閒農業區為例，針對生態系服務供給、調節、文化及支持等四大面向，進行深入分析與探討。遊客對宜蘭縣冬山鄉休閒農業區的生態系服務的環境識覺，藉以提供目前及未來休閒農業區經營管理之參考。針對生態系服務，再詳加說明四點－供給、調節、文化、支援等服務功能。經由遊客觀點對樣本休閒農區是否可以供給水資源、食物，調節氣候、淨化空氣、水文，以及提供美學育樂、遊憩服務，足以支持生態系服務的四大面向進行探討。本研究透過文獻探討、實地觀察及問卷調查，了解遊客對於休閒農業區的生態系服務功能認知。本研究以面對面方式進行問卷，共計442份，並以SPSS統計軟體進行分析。藉由遊客的觀點，本研究希望發掘，在休閒農業發展的同時，對於當地生活環境品質及生態面的作用是否存在負擔及破壞？環境品質能否得以保存生態樣貌，使休閒農業得以永續經營。本研究希望將相關研究結果，提供給目前及未來有意經營休閒農業之業者、農業觀光決策者等相關部門參考，作為休閒農業及永續經營之策略。In recent years, Taiwan's leisure agricultural areas have developed rapidly. However, there are few studies on tourists' perception of ecosystem services in these areas. This study focuses on Zhongshan, Meihua Lake, and Dajin leisure agricultural areas in Dongshan Township, Yilan County as examples. It conducts an in-depth analysis and discussion on the four major aspects of ecosystem services supply, regulation, culture and support. The aim is to explore tourists’ environmental awareness of ecosystem services in theDongshan Township Leisure Agricultural Area in Yilan County, is to provide a reference for the current and future management of the area. Regarding ecosystem services, will be explained in the study details four main aspects - supply, regulation, culture, and support along with other service functions. From the perspective of tourists, these leisure agricultural areas provide essential services such as water resources, food supply, climate regulation, air purification, hydrological benefits, as well as aesthetic educational, and recreational services, which sufficiently support the four major aspects of ecosystem services. This study uses literature review, field observation and questionnaire survey to understand tourists' perception of ecosystem service functions in recreational agricultural areas. A total of 442 questionnaires were conducted face-to-face and analyzed using SPSS statistical software. This study investigates whether the development of leisure agriculture imposes any burden or damage to the quality of local living environment and ecological aspects. It also examines if the environmental quality can preserve ecological appearance, enabling sustainable operation of leisure agriculture. This study aims to provide relevant research results as a reference for current and future operators interested in leisure agriculture, agricultural tourism decision-makers and other relevant departments, offering strategies for leisure agriculture and sustainable management.
